Charming Viennese apartment with high ceiling in boutique hotel style, located directly on a pedestrian zone and a park, with the U1 subway right outside the door. The U1 subway line into the center (3 stops), a park, and a shopping mile are right in front of the house. The city center is just a few minutes away, and the train station is reachable on foot in just 10 minutes. The airport can be reached in 20 minutes via the train station. A garage parking space is available upon request

A small kitchen with the most important utensils is also at your disposal. A high speed WiFi, a Smart TV + Fire TV Stick and Bluetooth mini speakers complete the offer :))

Diese schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit Gratisparkplatz vor unserem Haus mit Garten bietet viel Platz und liegt in einer sehr sicheren, grünen und ruhigen Wohngegend, nur 10 Gehminuten bis zur Donauinsel und auch das Wiener Stadtzentrum ist relativ schnell und einfach erreichbar. DIe Busstation befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt. Mit dem Auto erreichen Sie abhängig vom Verkehr die zahlreichen Wiener Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 15-30 Minuten.

This accommodation is very centrally located in the 3rd district (Landstrasse) of the city of Vienna. The underground (U3) takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. Thanks to the generous room heights and the large window elements, you can enjoy the view from the modern furnished apartment of the green Prater and the Danube Canal. From the infinity pool on the 31st floor you can enjoy the view over the city. The pool is closed from October to April.

Has a direct connection with Metro to the airport (20 min), city center (7 min) and Train station ( 10 min) There are 2 spacious terraces with a view over Vienna. A big supermarket, asian market and a drugstore are just few steps away. There is also Pizza Dominos, asian and oriental restaurant around the corner. You can easily reach the city center by Tram ( 10 min to Opera). AC equipped.
