The cottage is located in the middle of the beautiful recreational area Alte Donau, just a few steps from the water, where you can cycle, swim, surf and boat along the Alte Donau. Bus line 93 A is 3 minutes away and goes to the subway connection (U1+U2), which can take you to the city center in 15 minutes. The house is suitable for 3 guests. A beautiful garden with pavilion and a large covered terrace with dining area are available.
