Relax in a pleasant holiday house "Olive garden" only 50m from the sea! This is an alone standing house in 400 m2 lot and you would be there alone, no other tourists and no owners. It is located on the cape of a small, peaceful bay, Donja Krušica, surrounded by olive trees and sea. This small cozy house is with accompanying facilities such as a terrace, garden, parking area, secured play area for children and pets, barbecue, and all that with a beautiful panoramic view of the sea and Split.

The apartment is very close to the most famous beach in Split, Bačvice. It's about 600 meters or 7 min walking distance, or less. The apartment is situated very close to the city center, the Old town. Walking time is around 10-12 minutes, and the road takes you directly to the Old town (and the farmer's market). Isolated Paradise

This house is 10 meters from the beach. Few steps away is a deck. Deck you see on the pictures is on the beach from mid May until mid October..The car is parked 40 meters away, there is no traffic in front and if you wanted to find a house for a real vacation - this is it! It has two floors. Ground floor with a big terrace and upper floor with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a living room and a second bathroom. One bathroom is on the ground floor. It is perfect for 4 people but we can fit 5.
