Beachfront holiday rentals in Donnalucata

Fantastic 3 weeks at Francesco`s beautiful apartment - superbly located on Isola Ortigia, an absoultely spectacular place. Lively even during winter and a number of sights (Neapolis is a must!). Went to the food market for fish and greens and made dinner at home every other day or so. Otherwise a number of very good restaurants within a 500m radius. Breakfast and lunches on the spectacular terrase, short/t-shirt at least half the days (when in the sun) even during winter. Francesco was very helpful when we needed some minor assistance with heating and dishwasher. The heating system was the best I have every come across in Italy - water heated radiators, not only the usual A/C. All in ll - spotless!

We stayed for 5 nights and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoors are unmatchable, great garden where you can hear the ocean right from the balcony. The host was very friendly and we were positively suprised by her warm welcome, where she organized snacks for our arrival and full breakfast groceries.

My wife and I traveled to Ortigia with our daughter for her 25th birthday. This home checked all the boxes when we booked it. Location on the water, nice modern home, walking distance to everything we wanted to see. But, when we got there, it was so much more amazing than we could have imagined. The home is beautiful - on the water with a stunning rooftop deck and amazing sunsets. Its situated right in the heart of Ortigia next to Fountain Arethusa. Walk out the front door onto the cobble streets to restaurants, coffee bars, shops. Turn right and walk a few minutes to Castello Maniace. Turn left and walk a few minutes to the Piazza Duomo. Yolande was an amazing host. Communication was great. Answered all my questions and helped find us a driver for the week which turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. Our driver, Beppe, was born in Ortigia and taught us more about Sicily during our car rides than any guide we could have round. Grazie Yolande!

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

We had the most beautiful time at this beach house and hope to come again one day! You can hear the sound of the ocean all the time, the interior is cosy and everything you need in the kitchen is there. The communication with Francesco was perfect. It‘s a gem.

What a fantastic bnb in a great location Super sunny & bright. Spacious. Lovely view over the beach & water. Very comfortable. Solid A/C. & 1k to one of the best restaurants ever, Manna! Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Andrea's home in Fontane Bianche is fabulous...my family of 5 felt right at home! We took full advantage of the terrazzas overlooking the yard and the Ionian Sea--frequently our preferred location for a morning espresso with breakfast. His well-equipped kitchen along with dishwasher, washing machine, clothesline, etc. are fantastic amenites to have access to while on vacation. The yard is beautifully adorned with local plants, fruit trees, and catci. The views of the sea are fantastic--a back gate opens right on shore and offers hours of exploration of tidal pools and a World War II "pillbox" machine gun nest to explore 5 minutes walk down the shore toward the beach. The nearby La Capannina da Gino restaurant was a family favorite with pizza, pasta, & seafood dishes that offered something for everyone. We took advantage of the Holiday Market on the main street in town and for larger shopping needs, visited the Lidl and Conad in Avola. Andrea's place offers much for everyone!

Die Wohnung von Angelo war für uns perfekt! Auch wenn die beiden Schlafzimmer eher klein waren, war es super, weil wir ja zusätzlich zur Wohnküche noch die große Terrasse und den Garten hatten. Die Wohnung heizt sich zwar ziemlich auf, aber in jedem Zimmer gab es eine Klimaanlage. Für Familien mit Kindern ideal. Im Garten gibt es Schaukeln und ein Trampolin. Eine Außendusche, die sehr praktisch ist, wenn man voller Sand vom nahe gelegenen Strand kommt. Die Außenküche haben wir zwar nicht genutzt, aber dort ist auch alles vorhanden. Zum Strand kommt man am schnellsten über dem nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Der Betreiber hat sich zumindest nie beschwert, dass wir dort gelaufen sind. Wichtig zu wissen ist, dass das Wasser sehr kalkhaltig ist. Da hatte die Spülmaschine fast keine Chance. Wir haben mit Zitronensaft nachgeholfen. Am tollsten war aber Angelos Gastfreundschaft. Er hat uns proaktiv (trotz Sprachhürde) immer geholfen und super kommuniziert. Wir haben uns dort wie zuhause gefühlt

Świetna lokalizacja , Dom duży czysty zaraz przy plazy z pięknym widokiem na morze . Zadbany basen :) Dobre restauracje do okola. Polecamy z całego serducha :)

When we arrived Angelo was there to meet us, and surprised us with a welcoming bottle of Prosecco and chocolate. Angelo showed us around and gave us advice and information about the area. The villa was perfect, well equipped with plenty of cutlery and china even a small selection of spices, washing tablets and also dishwasher tablets. The local super market is a short walk away as is the local market and beach. We walked to the square every evening , lots of locals meeting up making a lovely atmosphere, there are lots of restaurants and friendly bars. We had a few question during the few days we were staying at the villa and Angelo answer immediately. The pool area is beautiful and well kept with plenty of beds, chairs and a couple of coffee tables too. Although we didn’t use the BBQ we did eat breakfast and lunch outside on the large table. The beds were very comfortable. All in all Angelo was an amazing host and I would have no problem recommending Villa Sara to friends a

One of the nicest locations i have stayed in. The sea access, terrace and views could not be improved they are stunning. Siracusa itself also stunning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

We had a really nice time in Pozzallo. The Airbnb was nice and clean, and the host was very friendly. The host was very friendly and always responsive and had some nice suggestions for restaurants and activities. Overall a really nice experience!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Unterkunft von Antonio und seiner Familie! Leider hatte unser Hinflug über 3 Std Verspätung und Antonio hat mit uns noch um 2 Uhr nachts den Check-in gemacht und war mehr als freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gepflegt, es wurde sogar Wasser, alles für ein italienisches Frühstück sowie Pasta zum kochen bereitgestellt. Der Gartenbereich ist gepflegt und der Pool sehr angenehm. Es ist definitiv empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, dann ist die wunderschöne Altstadt von Syrakus in ca. 15 min zu erreichen und man ist in unter 5 min am sehr schönen Strand. Wir würden die Unterkunft in Arenella definitiv weiterempfehlen!

The villa was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. We particularly enjoyed the choice of outdoor areas and the pool. Sabrina was an extremely lovely and responsive host who made sure our stay was smooth. Arriving in Catania at 8am, we were able to do an early check-in which was much appreciated. Our children also appreciated the cats who came to say hi, it reminded us of ours :) We would definitely recommend Sabrina’s place.

Francesco and Salvo have the most beautiful villa that’s very private and perfect for our family. We loved the big shaded terrace for the hot midday moments, and especially loved the pool with its wide shallow steps that were perfect for our children. We also loved the location being less than 2 mins walk from the amazing beaches with very clear Turquoise water and 5 mins walk from the excellent Lido Aqua beach with great food. It’s good to have a car to go to wonderful Noto and Marzamemmi and supermarkets etc. Francesco and Salvo are excellent hosts and helped us in many ways. The house has excellent black out because of the in built shutters! Very useful with our children, everyone slept very well. Thank you Francesco and Salvo

Da Riccardo ci siamo trovati meravigliosamente bene! Il soggiorno ci ha permesso di vivere il mare appieno e in maniera comodissima. La vista cosi come la vicinanza al mare è un qualcosa di impagabile. La casa offre tutto ciò di cui una famiglia può aver bisogno. Consigliatissimo.

Wir haben die Zeit wirklich sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben und das Highlight ist diese große Dachterrasse mit traumhaftem Ausblick. Aber auch sonst ist alles sehr liebevoll und komfortabel eingerichtet und es war alles da, was wir benötigt haben. In Noto gibt es viele tolle Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen und einzukaufen. Lido die Noto selbst fanden wir nicht so ansprechend, aber das hat nicht gestört bei allem was einem sonst geboten wird.

Vi havde et rigtig dejlig ophold. Lejligheden er super romantisk og helt perfekt til 2 voksne. Tagterrassen er virkelig hyggelig og udsigten er desuden helt fantastisk. Vi vil helt sikkert komme igen.

A fantastic apartment for a family. Extremely quiet and amazing location, steps from the sea. Rooftop deck has views of both the sunrise and sunset! Very clean, comfy beds, and modern. We would definitely stay here again. The host helped us with everything, and provided wonderful restaurant recommendations.

Salvo, Paolo’s son was very helpful and welcoming. We met his father and all of the family. The garden and sea view location was fantastic, so relaxing, The accommodation had everything that you needed,

If there were 10 star ratings I would give this place a 10+star. First of all Salvatore’s communication was 11/10. His place is in the Historical district where all the action is and is very walkable to the marina. His place is pristine and this would be the only place I would stay if I were to go back again. He arranged for parking for me, always asked how things were going and he had items sometimes like you take for granted such as extra towels, had water for us. Once again, he gave clear cut instructions on how to get there and we absolutely loved his place. Thank you so much for your hospitality as we greatly appreciated it. Make sure you look no more and this is the place to stay at.

Ein großartiger Ort in erster Reihe direkt am Meer. Die Wohnung mit einer sehr großen Terrasse ist sehr sauber, neuwertig und absolut empfehlenswert, insbesondere weil die Räume über eine jeweils gesonderte Klimaanlage verfügten. Die Terrasse ist sensationell, da sie einen wunderbaren Blick über die vorgelagerten Dünen aufs Meer bietet und stets das Rauschen des Meeres hören lässt. Gleichzeitig führt eine Treppe in den Garten und von dort sind es nur wenige Meter direkt über den Sand ans Meer. Wenn man sich also nur mal kurz wie wir im Meer erfrischen möchte, ohne weit zu laufen oder lange direkt am schönen Sandstrand liegen zu wollen, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Im Garten gibt es eine Dusche. Die halbflächig überdachte Terrasse bietet auch zwei Liegestühle zum Sonnen, aber auch einen großen Schattenplatz mit Tisch und Sitzgelegenheiten an. Wir saßen meistens dort und waren sehr glücklich hier in diesem kleinen Paradies und konnten uns zudem bestens entspannen. Wir kommen wieder !
