Visit us with your family or friends in our group vacation rental. We have 3 double rooms and 3 single rooms ready for you. Here 9 people + 2 children can stay in the large double room. The large cribs (approx. 1.80 x 0.90 m) can be equipped with existing grids. In addition, the apartment has a shared kitchen, two bathrooms each with a toilet (one on the upper floor, one on the top floor), a guest toilet on the upper floor and a balcony on the large double room of about 20 m².

Please read IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE KITCHENETTE (under: other relevant information!) Our guest room is on the second floor of our country house at the end of a dead end road. After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

Cozy rustic room to turn off

The apartment is located on the edge of Nattheim, not very far from the edge of the forest and the skylight, you can see very nicely over Nattheim. The apartment is very cozy, rustically furnished and you immediately feel comfortable. The apartment is in a private house on the upper very large floor, which is only used for guests and has a very nice bathroom with rainforest shower (pictures follow). The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Das modern eingerichtete und mit Granitsteinen geflieste Appartement hat einen eigenen Eingang und über die Terrassentür gelangt man direkt in unseren Garten. Dieser ist uneinsichtig, natürlich gewachsen mit einem großen Teich und für Kinder gibt es vielfältige Spielmöglichkeiten. Uns ist es ein besonderes Anliegen, dass unsere Gäste sich wohlfühlen und den Aufenthalt wirklich genießen können.

The distance to Legoland in Günzburg is about 25 km. The Steiff Museum in Giengen can also be reached in 20-25 minutes. Ulm is 15 km and there you have a lot of opportunities to pass the time. If you want to get more in the nature, you can visit the ice age caves in the Lonetal and Achtal valleys. A parking space is directly on the property. In the village, there is a bakery and a butcher. Other shopping possibilities are in about 6km.

Beautiful apartment with an area of 57 m2 and a large equipped balcony with magnificent views of the Schlosspark. 100 m to the bakery and butcher, 500 m to the supermarket. Restaurants, cafes and snack bars are nearby. Relax and enjoy your stay in the quiet bedroom (bed 140 wide), in the living room with dining area, in the well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and in the bathroom with bathtub. Of course there is Wi-Fi.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is completely new. Parking is available right in front of the house. The shower is walk-in and the entrance can be made barrier-free without any problems. The apartment is located on the first floor. The shopping is within walking distance in 7 minutes as well as various restaurants and in summer also an ice cream parlor.

The apartment has 2 spacious rooms in which 2 people can be accommodated. A bathroom with shower and sink, a toilet and a kitchen with stove, oven and fridge are also available. The sleeping accommodations are equipped with fresh linens. The bathroom is always equipped with freshly washed hand and bath towels. A hairdryer is also available to dry off after bathing.

In the middle of the quiet musicians' district of Plochingen is our small and fine apartment. We have lovingly furnished it to make you feel comfortable in it. In addition, we have also thought of most of what you need for everyday life. The warm summer evenings are approaching and on the associated terrace (about 20 m²) you can end the evening comfortably.
