Le Petit Chateau (Adults only property)

The beautiful 'Le Petit Chateau', at 'La Tuilerie de la Roussie', originally built in 1551 is entirely yours to enjoy. Ideally situated on the bank of the River Vézere in the pre-historic area known as the 'Vallée de L'Homme' between the fascinating town of Les Eyzies and market town of Le Bugue. To explore the area we offer FREE use of mountain bikes and a kayak*, there is direct access to the river and a 12km cycle path. Or simply relax around the heated swimming pool on luxury sun loungers.

Our cottage, located in the heart of the Dordogne Valley, has been designed to offer you a haven of peace and serenity at the foot of the medieval castle of Castelnau-Bretenoux. Our cottage for 4 people will offer you all the comfort to enjoy the wonders of the region: The medieval city of Rocamadour, the Gouffre de Padirac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Martel, Loubressac, Autoire, or Carennac.... Completely renovated in 2017, the 18th century castle offers the charm of a prestigious house where refinement and comfort are required. In a bucolic setting conducive to rest, our 7 suites with bathrooms and private toilets accommodate up to 16 people accompanied by babies.

A small stay at the castle? Anaïs and Bastien offer you to stay in the east wing of the house, which overlooks their 15 ha of organic vines. In total independence, you will have a parking and a (large) piece of wooded garden [2000m²]. The views of the Garonne and the surrounding area are incredible. The vineyards of the property are carried out in organic farming.
