Fairview Rest is a fully private, two storey annexe - connected to our family home. The ground floor comprises a perfectly formed living space with a practical kitchenette (full size fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, kettle) dining table, and cosy sofa for lounging. Steep, narrow stairs take you up to the sumptuous double bedroom (SUPERKING or TWIN at request) with petite but modern ensuite shower room. Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

Our townhouse is the perfect getaway location in the Cotswolds whether you are looking for a family holiday or just a romantic weekend for two. Situated in Moreton-in-marsh just a short walk to the town centre and the train station and with easy parking. Tastefully furnished and full of original art with a choice of two lovely double bedrooms and a kids bunk room bed as well as a newly refurbished bathroom and a homely kitchen Dining room. This is the perfect base to explore the Cotswolds.

Fourshires Lodge | Wonderful panoramic views

Fourshires Lodge is a Cotswold stone lodge house built in 1802 and recently renovated to an exceptional standard, retaining many original features. The lodge benefits from exposed beams and stone work, mullion windows, large patio area, huge outdoor space and wraparound views over open countryside. There are 3 large bedrooms, one ensuite, with additional sofa bed available on request. The lodge has super fast fibre broadband and log burner. Quiet and private location but only 2 miles from town.

The Shearing Shed - cosy barn on family farm

The Shearing Shed was an old cowshed/pig sty/shearing shed now converted into a holiday let. Open plan with log burner, fully equipped kitchen, king size bed and single bed (travel cot available), shower room and outside space with table and chairs. You are at the heart of the farm yard (please note we are a working farm and there will be animals close by!) The local taxi service is not great so please book ahead if you need a taxi transfer from the station (see pictures for list of numbers).

The Fold Cottage, Hillside Farm Great Wolford

The Fold is a brand new 2-bedroom, 2 bathroom stable conversion situated on a working farm. Located in an excellent location for visiting the surrounding Cotswold villages. The Fold has original features such as exposed stonework & oak timber beams accompanied by Modern features such as underfloor heating, wifi and wine fridge. There is also a log burner for cosy winter nights. The nearest train station is Moreton-in-Marsh with direct trains to London. Disabled access with walk in shower.

Made from Cotswold stone, it has bags of character coupled with a contemporary country feel to ensure a cosy and comfortable stay. The market town of Moreton-in-Marsh offers a wide choice of eateries and shops. This means you can explore the countryside and beautiful villages by day and then return to the cottage for all your evening entertainment requirements just a short walk from your door.

The cottage boasts a cosy lounge with log burner, luxurious bedrooms, original exposed beams and walls, and a private garden. Village pub discount included with stay.

Elegant & stylish home in Moreton town centre

The property is a spacious one-bedroom home on the first floor with elevated aspects over the centre of the town. It is built of local honey-coloured stone with deep sash windows and dates from the late Georgian era. The property can sleep three, with one king sized bed, and a quality sofa bed in the living room. PLEASE note the sofabed is available on request and there is a a small charge for the extra bedding.
