My Cool House

A minimal decorated appartment very close to the sea (200m)with great view. The big garden full of olive trees and many mediterranean plants completes the view from the balconys. House's proximity to all the famous and luxury resorts and other famous islands ( like spetses) makes your experience to Porto Heli unforgettable. Finally guests can bring their own boat as there is a private jetty very close to the villa (0,2 Km) , where they can use it for free and keep their boats safe and secure.

The house is located 5 minutes from the center of Porto Heli with all amenities: restaurants, cafes, bakeries, shops, supermarkets and the port. One of the best beaches in Ververonda is just a few minutes away, there you can find various water sports and a beach. A 10 minutes drive is the port of Costa, from where you can reach the famous and cosmopolitan island of Spetses.
