The apartment is located on the upper floor of a 1-family house in Bad Bergzabern on the Southern Wine Route. It is bright and friendly with a balcony and separate bedroom (double bed). In the living/dining room there is also a sofa bed. The location on the edge of the Palatinate Forest and the vineyards offers many possibilities for leisure activities, e.g. hiking, climbing (sandstone), mountain biking and cycling directly from the front door, fantastic motorcycle routes, many castles and lakes, outdoor pool 300 m, thermal bath/saunas.

Our vacation home in Burrweiler is located on the edge of the Palatinate Forest on the Southern Wine Route in the middle of the chestnut forest on the Teufelsberg, at an altitude of 355 m, below the St. Anna Chapel. On the 1250 m² fenced forest property there is a viewing area with a distant view of the Rhine plain, a patio made of old oak trunks and a picnic bench. Downstairs is the living area, the small functional bathroom with shower and an open kitchen, upstairs are the beds. At the large dining table or in the two cozy armchairs with poufs for the feet, you can make yourself comfortable. The cottage is the ideal chic "base camp" for nature experiences in the Palatinate Forest, tours to nearby Alsace, the vineyards and much more.

Our largely redesigned apartment overlooking the garden, the village and the edge of the forest is perfect for a break and is ideally located for exploring the southern Palatinate and northern Alsace. Vineyards, forest, cycling and hiking trails as well as mountain bike trails are nearby. We live in the same house and are happy to pass on tips.
