The design of the house and the attention to every detail were really impressive. Everything was thought of for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including paintings, decoration and a fully equipped kitchen. The garden offered a separate pleasure; there was an ideal environment to have breakfast in the morning accompanied by the sounds of birds, and to eat your dinner in the same peace in the evenings. It is very suitable for those who want to relax with its quiet, calm and peaceful structure. In addition, Mr. Ali's warm welcome, sincere and caring approach made the stay much more special. He answered all our questions sincerely and took care of our needs. We felt like we were at home. Its location is also very advantageous. It is located in a central point in Ortakent, one of the most beautiful regions of Bodrum. You can easily reach Ortakent beach with a short vehicle ride through the tangerine gardens. Ortakent's sea is one of the most enjoyable, cleanest and beautiful seas in Bodrum. Would definitely recommend.

Lovely little house in a large private residence. Beautiful view from the terrace. Away from the festive atmosphere of Bodrum. The natural pool is about a 7-minute walk away. The host was accessible and responds quickly to questions. I would recommend this place for sought-after calm

Aylin's villa is even better than the photos - and the sunsets are amazing in real life! The house is very spacious and has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. The location is superb - only 12 minutes from the airport and Gulluk itself has some really lovely restaurants which are easy to walk to. Gulluk is fairly quiet (which was nice for us) but it is easy to get to Bodrum if you want a bit more action. The pool and shaded terrace are lovely relaxing areas and have wonderful sea views. Aylin was super responsive and very helpful throughout the booking and during the stay. I would highly recommend Aylin's place.

What an amazing place, and what an amazing host! The house is ideal, with everything you could need and more, and the location - whilst remote - is simply stunning. There is everything you need close by too, with a big and affordable supermarket down the road, beaches and restaurants close and public transport surprisingly convenient (into Bodrum and the fantastic Milas). Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere as nice… David and his cohost Erhan were proactive, helpful and beyond generous too. Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

First of all, we loved Ms. Fatoş. He's a great host. Caring and very attentive. Her house is very clean, with a large and well maintained garden, but also safe. The house has everything you might need There's even a lot more. The cats also bonus. We feel like we'll miss Leyla a lot, especially. Of course, the garden... Here is a garden that invites you to the wonderland. We are very sure that you will relax under the tree in the garden if your goal is to run and run every day and not go places, but if you really take a break. Of course, the neighborhood is also very close, walking distance when you want to go out. However, since the house is slightly above the neighborhood, we recommend that you come/rent it by car to go to the sea or grocery stores. In short, if you are looking for a very calm and peaceful house in the heart of Bitez, very close to everywhere, you can choose this place with peace of mind. We already miss it:)

Beautiful Villa with Incredible Views! We had an amazing stay at this stunning villa — every bedroom had breathtaking sea views! It's in a perfect location near Bodrum town centre, with great shops, restaurants, and beach bars nearby. The beds were super comfortable with quality linens, and we loved using the sauna and steam room. Melis was very helpful, and Muzzo and his wife were so kind and welcoming. A perfect place to relax and just be — highly recommended!

My family and I had a great stay. The home was spacious and the views were beautiful. The host was very responsive to any issues we had and sorted them very quickly. The home is slightly far from town and the main attractions of Bodrum. However it is perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting.
