Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Douglas County

We had a girls trip to Duluth and loved staying here. It was so close to all of the restaurants and shops in canal park. We loved that we could walk everywhere! The place was very clean, tidy, and welcoming. Perfect for our girls getaway!

Amazing place to stay in Duluth. Easy access to Canal Park and scenic walk to the lighthouse. So much to do within short driving distance as well. Restaurants and food located in the area. I would definitely stay here again!

We were in town for a weekend and really enjoyed our stayed. Tammy’s place was exactly as described. It was warm and cozy with everything we needed for our stay.

This was great for our group! Having two bathrooms was a lifesaver with all of us girls needing to get ready. The location is perfect - we could easily walk to bars, restaurants, and shops. Plus, access to the pool and hot tub was a fantastic bonus! We will definitely be back!

This was our first stay in this part of Duluth. While it was a bit of a drive to some parts of the city, the quality, price, & privacy of this studio apartment was well worth it. The road outside is fairly well traveled during the day but the neighborhood felt very safe & at night, it was quiet with virtually no traffic noises. There is a gas station across the street & a grocery store nearby. We also discovered Lester Park nearby right before we left town. Next time we’d like to walk there. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, & spacious. We didn’t really use the kitchen but it is nice & as shown. The bathroom was lovely & the fixtures/amenities are very nice. The laundry room was also helpful in our short stay. I would give the king mattress 7.5/10 (& I’m particular about mattresses :). The only unusual thing was that the bed & the couch are very low to the ground. But that didn’t pose issues for us. Thank you for a great stay! We hope to come back.

Dylan was a Great host! Responsive communication, very clean unit. Heating was a bit difficult to manage at negative outside temperatures, but that's to be expected. All in all it was a good place to stay for a month while my family and I made a transition. I would stay here again.

This is the second time I’ve stayed at one of Dillions places. Both have been amazing. I’ll definitely be booking with him again!

Great place to stay for any trip in the Duluth area! House was clean and the downstairs games were great.

Very nice place. Super spacious main floor. Right next to water. We went for walks on waterfront park each night. Bridge over the road is two blocks down. Also played board games each night. House is about 2 miles from main peninsula where the ship bridge is. Slept well although bed and pillows not my preference. Recommend this place for sure.

What a lovely historic home! We had a great time staying here. I love how the character of the home has been retained while being updated with modern comforts. Mark was a great host and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Duluth!

This was definitely one of the best Airbnbs we have stayed in. Beautiful home, well stocked kitchen, very spacious and spotless. And Dale and Donna were quick to respond to any questions. Amanda’s house is a perfect getaway. It is the best stocked rental that I have stayed in with the most well thought out amenities. Beautiful screened in porch and fun games to play in the yard. Very close to many cute towns, Lake Superior, nice beaches, restaurants, parks, trails and the Brule River. My family had a great time fly fishing, kayaking, hiking and splashing in Lake Superior and the Brule River. We made wonderful meals in the awesomely equipped kitchen. So much room for everybody - 8 adults and 3 children! Highly recommend for a relaxing get away.

We had a great time at Ashley’s place. It was clean, and the house had a great deal of charm. Ashley was responsive and friendly and even had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the kitchen. Wonderful stay overall and we would do it again!! Thanks!

Beth’s place is a gem. Beautiful, comfortable, private, close to UMD and College of St Scholastica, all kinds of thoughtful amenities like providing sunblock, bug spray, umbrellas, lots of local street and trail maps, & restaurant recommendations. Loved the decor. Wish we were staying longer. We’ll be back!

Where to start? Larry, this was so far and above what we expected! The house and furnishings were beautiful! We have a sleep number bed at home, but the beds were so comfortable we didn't even miss it! You have the house so well stocked with supplies it unbelievable. And the view! WOW! It's super hard to please 6 adults, but you did! We were at an assembly over the weekend and told people about how amazing your place is, and they all wanted to know where it was and how to rent it! Honestly, we didn't want to tell them because it feels like we found a shining gem and didn't want to tell!! If you'll have us again, we would LOVE to rent from you again! Cute place with comfortable beds. Central location in Duluth, only about 15 mins from Superior. The underground garage parking is appreciated. It is a downtown location so lots of people wandering which is to be expected in such an area.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The arrival instructions were very clear and the parking passes a huge win in this busy area. The condo is beautiful and very clean with plenty to do to pass the time in between activities in the very walkable neighborhood. We often just did takeout and ate in the condo as it was better than sitting in a restaurant after a long day.

Wonderful place to stay. It was easy to find. I didn’t like that you could not check in early unless you paid $50. We wandered the streets until it was time to check in. It was beautiful place to stay and we had plenty of room. We would stay there again. Hosts responded in a reasonable time regarding the one problem that we had.

It is quiet, comfortable place to stay. Perfect for a girls weekend! It’s a 0.5 mile walk from downtown and centrally located in regard to other attractions. Would stay here again.

My family absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was walkable or a very short drive, but still had a sense of privacy. The views of the lake and city are gorgeous. The place had everything you could need for your stay, including toys for kids (a big hit for us). It really felt like home away from home. Alyssa was a great host with timely communication and clear instructions. Highly recommend if staying in Duluth!

Beautiful, well-appointed condo in a great location! Loved the decor…photos of local landmarks, exposed brick, etc. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you could need. My boys loved the pool and hot tub. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - close to shops, restaurants and the lakefront. The Brix offers discounts at many of the local establishments. Duluth is such a cool city and a great home base for exploring the North Shore of Minnesota. Highly recommend this AirBnB and hope to visit again!
