The original house was built in 1890 and was renovated in 2015 maintaining its original stone structure on all its exterior walls, giving it a great personality that makes it stand out from the nearest ones on the street in which it is located. This house has been rehabilitated with the utmost respect for its old architecture but aimed at providing it with the current comforts and suitable for the enjoyment of tenants who occasionally inhabit it.

Douro Studio - magnificent view of the Douro

With a privileged view of the Douro and Bestança rivers, Douro Studio is located in the picturesque village of Pias, at the foot of the Bestança valley and Serra do Montemuro.
