Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Dover

Our family had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake home. The kitchen is well stocked for all cooking, plenty of games for the family, and the most incredible patio area. The home was extremely clean and tidy but felt so comfortable for our family. The lake is quite a walk away and we chose to drive down to the walking path each time we wanted to access the dock. We hope to be back again to create many more family memories.

Great place to stay for our visit to Sandpoint! Very comfortable and easy access to downtown and lake. Place is very new looking with a great kitchen. Hosts were friendly and responsive.

If I could give this place 5+, I would. Extremely clean, amenities were upgraded and the views were amazing! The home was a little hidden off the roads but instructions were very clear & close enough to town.

My girlfriend and I had an amazing time. The place was clean spacious and everything worked. They made us feel very welcome by allowing us to be there early for check-in. And they let us check out late. At no extra cost. They were very accommodating. Even though we were right in the middle of town, we felt like we were away from everything. Anything you wanted to do was within walking distance. And we had an amazing time. We laughed. We cried we drank. We ate very memorable weekend.

My husband and I came to Sandpoint to experience the forests and the wildlife preserve, and to hike. This was a PERFECT home base. It’s a lovely and comfy house, and Janete has gone to great lengths to provide everything that guests could want/need. Every cupboard and drawer held some special amenity, from notepads to hair clips to razors, ice scooper to high-end toaster, soft sofa blankets to cozy slippers. The yard is full of flowers and has lots of spots to relax. This is a real traveler’s haven!

Very nice place to stay. My wife and I planned a couple nights away without kids to relax and recharge. This is exactly the place we were looking for, we felt completely private. It was quiet and the place was well stocked with items you may need or may have forgotten. We spent the weekend going into town and seeing the water and eating at restaurants. At the location we played games, shot some hoops, and enjoyed a nice fire at night after using the hot tub. The only recommendation we have are it might be nice to provide a citronella candle, we typically will bring one camping with us but spaced it here. The mosquitos can be quite aggressive. The other thing is that GPS directions drove us up a neighbors driveway, we were able to figure it out but this is not something we were warned of. Again these are just recommendations and we would absolutely stay here again!

It was a great week stay , had a backyard with firepit plus kids and dog can play in a fenced backyard. Coffee shop , ice cream , stores and beach all walking distance. Enough room for family. Very pretty , alsonhad a grill for a backyard BBQ 😋 👌

Clean and perfect for our stay, honestly really don’t have a complaint maybe just a couple of suggestions. Need screens on the windows due to the 85 degree day and could not cool down the house without letting every bug in and dishwasher soap would have been great. But all in all would stay again and recommend others.

The attention to detail of Michael & Allyson’s place is remarkable! Pictures of where to park and how to access the AirBnB were extremely helpful. Light switch labels and how to use the fan were so nice to have. Every surface was squeaky clean, the bed/pillows were very comfortable and the refreshments/snacks are so thoughtful - even coffee creamer was provided! I felt incredibly “at home”, safe, and refreshed. Top notch AirBnB in a quiet neighborhood. Will recommend to anyone planning to visit CDA. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer - next time I plan to play with their sweet doggie’s and chickens! Thank you Michael & Allyson! Give Bo a squeeze from us! 🐾

What a terrific place! The host were unbelievable accomadating to our needs! It was clean well cared for & exactly like what was described! Definentely a place we will stay at again.

Lovely cozy apartment for 2 less than 30 minutes walk to the lake or 4 minutes drive. Loads of parking by the lake so easy to access the lake with the restaurants and shops . Very close to the turn off to east of the lake to Harrison.I recommend that drive. Chris and Maria and their wonderful assistance Amy were so kind to us. We left an important document behind and they sorted out fedexing the document .Thank you Chris,Maria and especially Amy !

We were extremely satisfied. There were amenities available we did not take advantage of due to our lack of time. We checked in late as our flight came in late. It was close to the airport yet very quiet neighborhood.. but within blacks were restaurants and shopping. If you just wanted to get groceries and head back the kitchen had what you needed to make a meal. The host always answered questions quickly.. If in the area again we would not hesitate to stay again.

Het is een heerlijke woning om in te verblijven. Van alle gemakken voorzien. Ryan bood zelfs aan om zijn watersport artikelen zoals een sup voor ons naar Cit Beach te brengen en dan konden we daar gebruik van maken. We hebben dit niet gedaan, maar het was wel super dat hij daar aan dacht, vooral omdat het zo warm was

This is great place to stay while in Coeur de’Alene. Lovely host and wonderful unit that’s close to all the main attractions.

Great place! Everything is in walking distance. The home was very clean as well.

This is the perfect place in Sandpoint if you prefer some peace and quiet to being right downtown (which is nonetheless an easy 30ish-minute walk on a dedicated path). The house itself is lovely, well-furnished, with vaulted ceilings in the kitchen/living area and packed with thoughtful little extras everywhere. The beds are super comfortable, and there's a cute, small porch out back with a fire table and view of the creek. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great location, can walk to town and best of all, to the beach. Can enjoy the beach and waves from room and deck. Condo was stocked pretty good. Would rent again!

We were able to get in before the summer rush and "ridiculously " pleased! Far better than any higher priced motel. All the amenities of home and then some. My husband was practically ready to move in!

An absolutely beautiful find! So quaint and quiet. Friendly little community. The most gorgeous views. So much to do! Yummy restaurants. Larry was so helpful and communicative. The space was perfect for myself, my husband, and our dogs. We all had the best weekend! I know we’ll be back to stay in Larry’s wonderful home again in the future.

Our condo was right on the water. We used the kayaks one morning, and the unit was just right for two people. I snore, so slept on the sofa couch and my husband used the bedroom. The sofa bed was the most comfortable sofa bed I've ever slept on! Overall, great deal and very close to everything in Sandpoint. Just know that you have to get out of your car and put the code for the unit into the gate to get into the parking lot for the unit.

Great location and space, worked well for our visit! Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at the condominium in Coeur D'Alene!  The unit is well appointed and laid out.  It is bright and airy and nicely decorated.  The gathering place is in the center space that includes the living room, kitchen, and deck.  Each side of the living space features the bedrooms.  The unit is located at the end of the building which makes for a very peaceful experience.  Having two parking places in the secure garage below the building is very convenient.  The overall Riverstone complex is convenient and fun to explore.  The dining options are plentiful nearby.  We rented some ebikes nearby and took the trail along the river to town.  It was a pleasure working with Jennifer.  We couldn't have asked for a better experience on our three night stay.

Very very comfortable Bradley was a very good host and very responsive. We definitely would come back again. It was in a very safe location very private and the accommodations were absolutely perfect.
