Monthly Rentals in Downer

The apartment is in a great location with a short light rail trip into the city centre. It’s also very close to Dickson for great restaurants & supermarkets. Staying at Ruth’s felt very comfortable and homely. Highly recommend.

Josh and Kate were great hosts - responsive and helpful, from pre-booking right through. The flat is upstairs and quiet and peaceful and well designed for small space comfort. Well appointed too and instructions very clear. (Stairs worth considering carefully with pets… though our small dog was happy to go up the stairs we had to carry her down.) We walked comfortably to friends in Ainslie (20 mins) and Dickson Shops is very local. I’d definitely stay again.

This is our second time at Alex's place and we really feel so at home, a relaxing place. Alex is an amazing host. She makes sure you're comfortable and you have all the things you need.
