If you're looking for a secluded mountain getaway this is not the place but if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown festivities then our loft is the perfect place for you! Our loft has local art, a small balcony, high ceilings and exposed brick. We are right in the center of all the downtown action. You are literally steps away from incredible craft beers, award-winning food and regional music. Downtown is lively especially at night where you can hang out and see a local funk band or head down to the drum circle then sleep late then head downstairs for a massage. Sitting balcony overlooks College St. Completely equipped kitchen Coffee maker Coffee & Tea provided HDTV with Sling TV and Netflix and local channels Wireless speaker Pullout couch with Sealy Posturepedic mattress Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and pillows Washer and Dryer We live in Asheville nearby but do not live in the building but are happy to answer any questions you have. The home's convenient downtown location puts the vibrant Asheville culture right outside the door. Dine at award-winning restaurants and bakeries, try some new drinks at the local breweries, and enjoy the energetic nightlife of the area. You are close to several parking decks. You will not need to drive unless you are going to the River Arts District, Biltmore House or hiking in the mountains. Located between Lexington Ave & Haywood St, the loft is a 1 minute walk to Pack Square and Biltmore Ave and a 3 minute walk to the Grove Arcade & Wall St. Taxis and Uber run all the time. We allow dogs with prior approval. The building has an elevator. The entrance to the building has secure keypad code access. The bedroom is in the interior of the condo with pocket doors to separate the room from the living area and windows. Downtown Asheville can be noisy and music can be heard most nights. We have a white noise machine and earplugs to minimize any disruption. It can however be loud for guests sleeping on the pullout couch in the living area. We cannot issue refunds for noise emanating from the neighborhood around the condo.

A brand new, chic, modern loft in a beautiful historic building in the middle of downtown. The best of the original features, like beautiful antique wooden floors and old brick work, combined with the comfort of contemporary luxury. High end appliances, European design, comfort and style. Elevator, secure electronic street entrance. The loft is perfectly comfortable for 2 guests, whether they are a couple, friends or relatives. We can make up the king bed as two twins when needed. For parents traveling with their children we can set up a pull out bed (or two). I live nearby and am available to answer any questions in person, by phone or by text Walk just steps to all of the great culinary treats, restaurants, cafes, bars, breweries, boutiques, salons, galleries, an independent movie theater, music venues, artists' studios, and all of the downtown liveliness that makes Asheville so unique. There is plenty, secure and covered parking across from our front door, in the city operated parking deck. Maximum fee per day is $10. There is a second, even larger parking garage on the next block. You can easily and safely walk all of downtown and leave your car in its spot during your stay. Our building is residential and we greatly value our good relationship with our neighbors. There is a strict non-smoking policy throughout the building, and we ask our guests to keep noise and nuisance to a minimum at all times. Our loft is not a space for loud entertaining or parties.

Located just steps from the vibrant South Slope and Biltmore Avenue, this one-bedroom unit was built in 2018 and features designer furnishings, work by local artists, and everything you need to have a comfortable stay. The unit has a king-sized bed in the bedroom along with a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The spacious bathroom has a double vanity and large shower to accommodate multiple guests. There's also a washer/dryer if you need to freshen up your wardrobe while you're here!
