Brilliant place, squeaky clean, private and safe place. The locality is very beautiful and gives a very at home feel.I'm glad I booked this place. FYI this has to be the cleanest place I have ever stayed through airbnb ever. Just go for it.

Good stay. Confidently near airport. Only thing was smell of Fabulosa cleaner bothers me it’s too strong and gives me a headache. And it was very strong. But I managed.

Kevin and Diane’s place was an absolute gem! The unit itself was clean, cozy and comfortable. Most importantly, I felt very safe as a woman traveling alone! The location is excellent - steps away from many local restaurants/bars/coffee shops and less than 10 min from the beach which also has an excellent path for running. Kevin was an excellent communicator and gracious host throughout the stay and even coordinated an early check-in based on my flight time. He took the time to meet me in person and made sure I had everything I needed. I would absolutely stay here again and can’t wait to come back to Boston.

Pema and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. This was our second stay at The Nest and we were able to really take advantage of the deck overlooking their beautiful garden and the city beyond, for morning coffee and afternoon snacks. Their place is very spacious and charming. It's walking distance to stores, restaurants and the Gilman Square T-stop. For trips further afield, it's great to have a designated, off-street parking spot right by the entrance to the unit, with motion sensor lights for nighttime arrivals. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bed is very comfortable, with reading lights on both sides of the bed. Highly recommend.

Excellent. The place is a rooming house with several bedrooms and two baths. Full kitchen and off street parking, but call ahead to reserve yourself a spot. There was ample street parking when I got there at 6:30. Super clean, comfortable bed in room 3, and surprisingly quiet for being so close to the pike. I will definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect place for a trip to Boston! Easy walk to public transport & the quiet neighborhood makes you feel right at ease.

Absolutely beautiful and felt like home. My bedroom looked out over an enormous formal garden and the bay, with an easy walk to the "T". This will be my go-to place in Boston.

Tim's apartment is a great spot, centrally located in Back Bay. Once we parked, we walked everywhere over 2 days. As others have mentioned, the apartment isn't huge, and you do have the occasional street/neighbor noise, but it's a prime location for exploring Boston. It was very clean the instructions for parking and getting inside were clear and accurate. I'd definitely stay here again for a long weekend.

The location of the studio is fantastic, just a block away from a beautiful park and in close proximity to theaters, restaurants, a pharmacy, and a convenience store. The studio was well-equipped for our week-long stay, making it comfortable and convenient. However, we did encounter some accessibility challenges, as the building does not have a working elevator and the studio is located on the fourth floor. After long days of sightseeing, the flights of stairs became quite a workout. Additionally, the listing mentions a “guest entrance and parking” and references a disabled parking spot in front of the Wang Theater, which might imply availability for Airbnb guests. When we reached out to the host, they clarified that there isn’t an assigned parking spot for the apartment but were very helpful in providing information about metered street parking and nearby parking garages. Despite this, we believe the listing and the host deserve a five-star rating. We would gradly come and stay again!

We went for a long weekend of events at TD Garden. Was a great, easy 10 minute walk. Lots of restaurants, fun walks, and great location. Apartment was cute, well-maintained, and comfortable.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kathleens‘ apartment which completely met my expectations and was a great alternative for my business trip compared with hotel rooms. Safe neighborhood, well-stocked supermarket nearby, beach just 2 blocks away, public transport okay. Kathleen was very responsive and always helpful.

I’ve stayed in downtown Boston several times. This stay on the East Side was the best ever! Loved walking to the ferry and seeing the cityscape at night. Will never stay in Boston proper again. This is so much more fun. Great host and brownstone. Parking is not bad. Just use the app recommended by host. Book now! You won’t regret it!

Very great location, close to Prudential center and nearby hotels if you're in town for a conference. Also the windows and view alone made the place worth it!! Just a heads up that it is on the 4th floor so not exactly accessible if you have disability needs! Overall very cute apartment!

The condo is in a perfect location for walking. Nicely furnished with an excellent kitchen. Communication is top notch. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay! Quiet, safe neighborhood, easy to get to the city. Lots of space for the six of us to eat and relax together. Beautiful view of the Boston skyline just minutes walk from the place. Comfortable beds and soft sheets too! We also had no troubles parking nearby and leaving our car (for free) for our entire stay.

This place is an absolute Gem! Great location and Phil was amazing, friendly and so very welcoming. Would stay here again and highly recommended!!! There was 4 of us and it was perfect. The amenities were great. Beautiful home in a fantastic neighborhood.

We stayed at Karina's condo for 4 days and loved it! It's close to Fenway Park, subway trains, restaurant's, & local markets. Behind the unit is a beautiful path/park (Southwest Corridor Path) that leads you toward city center. Highly recommend this route if you're exploring the city by foot. We also loved the bathroom shower! We would stay here again & highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this lovely place in East Boston. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The hosts were also super gracious to let us check in early and store our luggage while we did some more sightseeing our last day.

Our stay was wonderful, our hosts were communicative, and I would be more than happy to return. The unit was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. The living room and kitchen are incredibly spacious - more so than I would have thought from the pictures. The outdoor spaces provide nice fresh air, and everything else is as advertised. But, sometimes, it's the little things that make an AirBnB. I took time each day to recover with a nice sauna. They have the things that hosts normally don't provide but everyone needs - aluminum foil, saran wrap, ziploc baggies, extra blankets, extra towels, and more. The shower that I used was great. Good water pressure. Good HVAC and water temp. Great natural light. Keyless entry, meaning no "who gets the keys" juggling. No ridiculous checkout expectations. So many "good AirBnB" boxes checked. :) The location is great to either explore East Boston (which has its own charm I wasn't aware of) or to get downtown. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

Highlights: Location, location, location! Quiet. Easy access. Fantastic shower. Dishwasher. Place to stop outside for loading and unloading. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Gina was extremely responsive and welcoming. The wine hit the spot after a long day of walking. The spiral staircase added excitement and drama! The beds were comfortable and we slept well. We look forward to staying again!
