The space is lovely, actually looks better than the photos! It's a very comfortable space, peaceful and quiet. The location is a great balance of being outside the hectic zone of Boulder proper, but still close enough to do anything you want in just a few minutes. Cindy was very communicative and helpful, and given the studio setup, the room had everything you would want and more. She supplied some fabulous snacks and drinks as well! I really enjoyed my time there and appreciate her hospitality.

This was easily the cleanest Airbnb we’ve stayed in! We loved sitting on the porch taking in the beautiful mountains. We didn’t want to leave! Jill is a wonderful host and so kind! Loved how much attention to detail she puts into her space. Can’t recommend enough!

My dog, Cliff, and I had a wonderful stay at Sandy’s lovely home! It was a perfect space for us - the location was great to get to campus, the hill, and we took some great walks in the neighborhood and local trails. The unit was super cozy, convenient, and exactly as advertised. I’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thanks again for a lovely stay in my favorite city :)

The home was in a beautiful area and just what I needed for the stay. Also Joan is awesome even asking what kind of coffee I like.

Julie’s cottage was a charming place to call home for two nights while I was in town for a college graduation. It’s an eclectic, fun and comfortable place with everything you’d need. I loved having an electric kettle for a cup of tea and while I didn’t take advantage of the offerings (because I brought my own), I appreciated having an assortment of teas and coffee to choose from. I wish I had more free time to explore and walk around the lovely neighborhood. I took ride share a couple of times for dinner on Pearl Street, and that was only about 1.5 miles away and less than a 10 minute ride. Thank you, Julie, for sharing your home, and for your detailed instructions about parking!

Great location close to everything. The walk to Pearl St is very walkable and picturesque. The residence is perfect for the two guests and we really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay at Kendal’s place. We were in town for BolderBoulder and had a great weekend. Great location for running / hiking and only a short drive into town (less than 10mins). The place was clean and tidy and Kendal was really responsive before our stay if we had questions etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable as well!

We really enjoyed our stay at Stephanie’s place in Denver. Rooms were decorated nicely. The location was good for our travels in and around the Denver area; and the neighborhood was fairly quiet and safe. This was one of the cleanest airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Great value for the price. Overall we would recommend staying here.

This apartment was well appointed and full of charm. Very clean and easy to get anything you want. A natural food store across the street and private parking spot. We came for a concert at Red Rocks and this apartments location on the south end of town was very close to the venue. It’s also close to downtown Golden but I wouldn’t describe it as easily walkable to town. One thing to know is that this unit is at a traffic roundabout so sometimes is loud depending on the cars going through. This was only an issue in the morning. Would definitely stay again.

I loved my stay in Marys apartment. The location is perfect for discovering Denver and the apartment is super clean and comfortable. Mary is a very caring host, she provided some great snacks, drinks and even sunscreen! This place is highly recommend. Thank you Mary 😀

Beautiful, modern pied-à-terre! Wonderful natural light, bright open floor plan. Quiet neighborhood with easy travel to Boulder. Friendly, attentive host.

We really enjoyed staying at Christopher's rental. It was private, clean, comfortable and just the right price for a few days in Golden. I would stay there every time I go to Golden!

Lids did a great job with this cozy apartment. She has coffee and snacks upon arrival and everything was clean and well put together. Great spot for our family of 4!

We had a wonderful stay at Becky’s place in Boulder. The house was comfortable, clean, inviting, and located in a quiet and convenient neighborhood. Becky was incredibly kind and responsive to any request we had, and she made us feel truly welcome. We would definitely love to come back! Highly recommended.

My fiancé and I stayed here with our two doodles. This place was fantastic and just what was described. The hottub was such an added bonus after long hikes. It’s super close to town and even trailheads. We enjoyed our stay so much we can’t wait to go back.

We came in for a family wedding. Crystal's place was great! Great decor and a great outdoor patio! She made check in and check out easy, with clear instructions. I highly recommend staying at her place for any trip to Denver!

We stayed at Cindy's place when visiting Denver for a family wedding. It was perfect. Beautifully decorated. GREAT views. It was a larger apartment than we expected and gave us all the room we needed to relax and recharge between wedding events. Denver was hotter than we are used to when we visited, so it was nice to come back to a nice cooled down apartment. She had everything we needed. Great location with a lot of restaurants nearby. It was also nice to have the secured garage parking. Check in and Check out instructions were clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend staying there for any Denver visit!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful, clean, new, well appointed and well stocked. Stefan and Bethany were super helpful, quick to respond and accommodating They had a wonderful book of suggestions for everything. The location was perfect for show at Red Rocks, hiking, Coors tour, and is walking distance to downtown Golden for shops and restaurants. Grocery store walking distance as well. Was a wonderful stay, would love to stay again!

This is a great spot for being based in Lodo! You don't need a car as it's right next to the train station and being above Whole Foods is amazing. This apartment is perfect for a single person or couple traveling together. The kitchen has all of the basics you need to be able cook your meals at home. Would recommend this as your jumping off place to explore Denver!

Amazing stay, cannot say enough good things about the space + Chris. Incredibly friendly and checked in on us multiple times. Even shared homemade cookies he baked the day prior- absolutely delicious. 10/10 and would recommend to anyone!

Michelle was an amazing host. We had a tiny issue getting into the condo but she was available immediately to fix the issue via a phone call and sent a sweet check in the next day to make sure we didn’t need anything. She prepared a welcome basket and checked for any allergies beforehand. The location was also perfect. Highly recommend Michelle’s place!

Went up to Nederland for some weekend hiking on Father's Day. Base Camp worked wonderfully for this. We had a great experience hiking & relaxing, as well as trying some of the local restaurants. Jack provided a great list of suggestions for both hiking & places to dine that were perfect.
