Viewable from both the bed and the living area, the 4K Smart TV has surround sound, Xfinity cable, and streaming apps. Apartment is truly one of the best combinations of location, price and space. Completely remodeled garden level apartment in one of the most beautiful Victorians in Denver. The amazing space is accompanied with all the comforts and amenities of home, including a kitchen with an eat-in bar area, large flat screen TV with cable (HBO!) and surround sound, queen sized comfy bed, and an enormous walk-in closet. The expansive bathroom includes a large step in shower with bench, double vanity, and plenty of storage. Close to the entertainment of South Broadway and the Santa Fe Arts District, we are a 3-minute walk to many of the best restaurants, bars, boutiques and theaters in Denver! Our tree-lined cul-de-sac is quiet and charming. We love our home and hope our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Dedicated outdoor entrance will allow you to come and go as you please, and the apartment space is completely private! While we always welcome great conversation and look forward to giving you local tips on where to visit during your stay, we do our best to respect your space and give you complete privacy. The tree-lined neighborhood is as quiet and walkable as it's convenient and fun. Stroll just 2 blocks to Broadway, with its array of boutique shops and some hot local bars and restaurants, while Santa Fe Arts District is not far the other way. Walk It's Baker, need we say more? The best of the best for walkability in Denver. Immediate access to everything on foot. Bike Two blocks from a B-Cycle Station, a city sponsored ride share network with 84 stations in and around Denver. Highly recommend renting a bike a taking a tour of this wonderful city. Car Easy access to major highways; 6th Avenue (E/W) and I-25 (N/S). Uber/LIft rides are in abundance and cost about ~$6 for a downtown fair. Public Transportation 12 blocks North of the Alameda light rail station. Surrounded by ample bus stops heading all directions.

NO EARLY CHECK-IN, LATE CHECK-OUT, OR LUGGAGE HOLDS. Please plan accordingly! My place is close to City Park, RTD bus route, Denver Zoo, museums, and 2 miles from Downtown. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, & families (with kids). We are a family of 4 (+Big dog) living upstairs. Basement apartment with large bedroom, bathroom, and kitchenette. Modern furniture & accessories mixed with vintage and thrifted finds give our place a fun eclectic feel.

You must read the House Rules before booking. Covid 19 ***All linens are washed on a sanitized cycle with bleach and all hard surfaces cleaned and disinfected. For now, I cannot accommodate for early check-ins due to the extra time this takes.***
