Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Edmonton

Ryan was a super friendly host during booking. Upon checkin, there was a slight miscommunication causing delay, which was understandable given Ryan’s line of work! The space is above the laneway garage, so is very quiet. Occasionally during the day, you do hear the garage door open, but it was never too early or too late in the day. The space was very tidy, well equipped, comfortable couch and bed (with a variety of pillows), and the bathroom was great. The kitchen has everything you might need. Parking is on the street out front of the house, and was always available! The location is close to Whyte Ave for restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would definitely stay again!

Thanks Andrea for the great stay. I had an amazing time exploring Edmonton from her place. It was a 7 minute walk to the nearest subway station, really convenient to access the bus lines on Jasper Ave as well. This place has everything you need for both long/short term stays. I loved the fully stocked kitchen with utensils and cookware. Washrooms were spotless. Sweet TV setup. Check in was easy and Andrea even stopped by to introduce herself. She was super responsive the entire stay, great communication. 100% would stay here again.

The place was beautiful, very clean, and secure. They view from the room is nice, as well as the location. It’s was convenient being able to walk to most of my destinations. Kayla was very helpful and informative throughout the stay. Thank you for having me!
