You'll be within just a few minutes walking distance to dozens of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and public transportation. It's warm, cozy, secluded, accessible - you’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the location, and the lighted enclosed exterior and fire-pit stone terrace. This is a perfect place for all types of travelers and activities.

Park on the premises, walk 2 blocks to the heart of Historic Downtown Flagstaff. Cozy one bedroom house affectionately called 'Hobbit House' for having low ceilings, especially in the bathroom (see description for details), queen bed, well stocked kitchen, private front porch. Safe neighborhood, quiet evenings and weekends, a very relaxing place to be so close to downtown! No TV but has lots of reading material to learn about the area. No A/C. I have 2 other separate places next to Cozy House.

We are just a couple blocks from downtown shopping district and dozens of restaurants and shops. The apt. is a charming, newly restored space in the Aspen and Park Historic Homes, a 2-house, 7-unit compound. Lowell Observatory, Thorpe Park and the urban trails are all within a few blocks, and is conveniently located for trips to the Grand Canyon and the Snowbowl Ski Area.

The Cottage

Built in 2017 on a quiet street in historic downtown Flagstaff. A 10 minute walk to downtown Flagstaff, 2 blocks to Thorpe park and unlimited hiking and biking on Observatory Mesa. A radiant heat concrete floor on 1st level and solid hickory on the stairs and 2nd level bedroom. An abundance of natural light from the many windows and skylights. The design is centered around the well equipped kitchen with a high ceiling, purple appliances, unique marble counter top and other high end finishes. 

Casa de la Piedra ~ Downtown 1-Bedroom Cottage

Casa de la Piedra is a cozy cottage made of stone and attached to our family home. It is located just a few blocks up from the heart of downtown Flagstaff. This is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to check out the downtown scene and be walking distance to great restaurants, shops, events and more. The space includes a bedroom and a small kitchen with all of the essentials that expands into the living room area. The cottage is attached to our family home, so quiet hours are from 9 pm on.

The space is upstairs on the second floor of a building listed on the National Historic Registry, and located across from Heritage Square. We are 30 miles from Sedona and 75 miles from the Grand Canyon. We are also 14 miles from Arizona Snowbowl. With 3 different ski rental shops with in a few miles.
