The place overall was a great stay. Small and convenient. The room was clean and just like the photos. Parking was included which is nice when LA charges $40 a night at hotels. The area doesn’t look safe but it is right next to a high school and it’s a suburban area. It is a quiet area but you are next to a highway so you hear the sirens and police but we didn’t mind it. I think the only thing is there wasn’t coffee to be made in the mornings but there is a coffee maker. If you need a place that’s cheap and convenient I would deff stay here again. We weren’t inside and most of the time exploring so that helped when it came to expenses. Manny is a great host and is very responsive. A small cute studio for a LA culture experience.

Exactly as advertised with a great host to match! Akaisha was super responsive if we had questions - one night we came back and couldn’t find any street parking and the hosts were able to figure something out for us. Would be great if there was built in parking for this unit as there’s a good amount of room on the property, but we knew it was street parking when booking. Not a lot of noise from Venice Blvd or the 10! Decent neighborhood, easy to get to main street walking. The unit itself was really great, though don’t bank on using the couch to sleep, it’s not very comfortable. It’s a tried and true one bedroom with one bed.

Maggie was an exceptional host. Any thing that we needed or if anything happened she was one phone call away. The location was awesome and perfectly described. We loved our entire experience and we would most definitely stay at this location again.

This stay was absolutely amazing! The apartment was beautiful, clean, and exceeded all expectations. What truly made the experience stand out was the host—extremely responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely caring. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never experienced this level of customer service before. Everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The thing I loved most about the place was that the building was clean and quiet, with a private parking garage. The apartment was visually appealing and well-organized, and its location was excellent. The host was very kind, helpful, and responsive. The check-in instructions were clear and straightforward. This place was amazing for my 16 day stay. I was traveling from FL to California, due to work and this was everything as advertised. The place was in the best of the best location. The balcony has the most gorgeous view and the unit was super clean and fancy and the bonus bedroom was a plus as well. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need to be in the heart of downtown LA. You will not be disappointed all around.

My friend and I traveled to LA for Father's day - both of our Dads passed away last summer - we wanted to honor them by attending a baseball game. We felt right at home at Davi's house! It had everything we needed and in close proximity to everything we wanted to do & the views! Amazing! We will definitely be back!

We had a very pleasant stay at this Airbnb. The house was immaculately clean, well-furnished, and incredibly spacious, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The neighborhood was calm and quiet, which made it easy to relax and truly feel at home. The only thing to be aware of is that while the house is private and separate, the host’s home is located just in front, and there is a shared door between their yard and ours. They have a dog who barked a couple of times and once came into our yard unexpectedly, which startled us. The host may want to take a closer look at securing that access. Overall, it was a great experience, and we really appreciated the cleanliness, space, and peaceful surroundings.

We stayed at Erika’s place as the venue for our daughter’s wedding was close by. The house was perfect in every way and Erika was a welcoming, responsive host. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Nos alojamos tres personas, estuvimos muy cómodos. El departamento cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios que uno pueda imaginar para prepararse lo que necesite y están impecables. Los espacios son muy amplios y con muy buena luminosidad. Volvería sin ninguna duda. La respuesta de los anfitriones fue precisa e inmediata para cualquier consulta. El aparcamiento fue cómodo y no tuvimos ningún inconveniente.

El apartamento es igual a las fotos publicadas, fácil de encontrar. Todo estaba ordenado y limpio, la zona con mucho ambiente agradable para salir a comer y super y farmacias cerca. Muy grande el área de estar sala grande y cocina muy bien equipada.

Great place to rent, great host, very quiet and nice

I had a fantastic stay at Tianna's place. It was exactly like the pictures, right on the main street with easy access to public transport to Santa Monica beach. Parking space was a big bonus. Tianna was extremely friendly and responsive, and the house was fully stocked with anything you could need, from complementary drinks and coffee, to toiletries. 10/10 would recommend.

The only thing that would be better is later checkout. June Gloom in LA makes an afternoon the best time to be in or near a pool, and it is sooooo lovely up on the roof. Beds and pillows were comfy, kitchen was well equipped, tv worked well and the couch was comfy to hang out on,too!
