Monthly Rentals in Downtown Montreal, Ville-Marie

We stayed for 1 month, during the holiday season, in Julien's apartment. The apartment matches the photos, and impeccably clean. Julien was very responsive, friendly and very good advice. The apartment is quiet, and well located (metro, bus, and nearby shops). We highly recommend this apartment, and could come back, on a future summer visit to Montreal.

The apartment is small with a good size bathroom. It has all the amenities. We were prepared for the party sounds from the neighboring courtyard bar. The hosts provided double glass balcony doors, a white noise machine and a bluetooth speaker to deal with the sounds. We even visited the lively bar to experience it. Bring additional earplugs if you are light sleepers like us. Overall, it was a great and comfortable stay. Thank you!
