Jennifer’s service was great! The apartment was spacious. However it was on the first floor and you could hear tenants throughout the night on the second floor. Thank you Jennifer!

★10 mins to DWTN! Stylish & Large BR! Great Stay!

CrystalRating, 5 stars2 months ago
I thought this had posted already... An amazing place and space. From the very moment the booking was made Hosts made everything smooth despite 2 layovers and 1 connecting flight. I met all my deadlines and was able to complete 2 days of work in 1 with getting production equipment all brought in and the amazing space that felt like home not work Which made work simplistic. With a living room that felt like an office. Thanks again, I will hope this space is available for my next production in providence.

Jennifer’s Amazing Cityscape View Deck Retreat

This was a perfect place to stay for a conference at RICC. I was able to walk everywhere, including a great brewery and the restaurant across the street. The back deck was a great spot to have breakfast too!

Quintessential New England loft next to Brown/RISD

LeighRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
This apartment is nestled right in the heart of Providence in the historic district, easy to get to campuses, downtown, and cute local neighborhoods. We walked pretty much everywhere and only had a car for one day while we were in town. Inside, the apartment is very cute and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. It's great to have a well stocked kitchen in order to cook good breakfasts instead of having to eat out all the time while traveling. Hamzah was very communicative in advance, giving all the particular details on getting into the building and parking in the local area. He also included suggestions on local restaurants and attractions which was also appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer’s Historic Downtown Loft

5 Stars! Everything was as pictured and described. Jennifer was very communicative from start to finish. I only had small trouble finding the location initially, as it was late when my flight arrived, but even after midnight, she still responded to my questions and concerns. Excellent host and space! I would definitely stay again!

Clean Studio Apt. #5 on Federal Hill, Providence

Colin was a great host. We were greeted upon arrival, even though it was later in the evening. Colin showed us around and provided us with several local recommendations during our stay. We were very happy with our accommodations.

Nice room in Federal Hill, Downtown

IndyRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Kevin's place was a great value for my trip to Providence. The private room had a comfortable bed, bedside table with lamp, a desk to work at with drawers to store my things, a clothes rack with hangers, and an additional hanger rack which I used for towels. Neither other tenants going in and out nor street noise bothered me during my stay. There are a ton of cafes and restaurants within a short walk of the place: I recommend Seven Stars bakery! I also walked to the train station, the mall, and even College Hill during my stay. I never had issues with the bathroom or kitchen being occupied when I needed to use them, and other tenants were respectful and helpful. If you don't mind shared facilities and want a good deal, I recommend this place!
