Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Downtown, Raleigh

Restful, spa-like apartment! I traveled to Durham for a friend’s bridal shower and wanted to stay near Duke’s campus since the shower was being held in the area. I also knew I’d need accommodations with good WiFi and a comfortable workspace for an all day Zoom meeting the day after the shower. Reid’s apartment was beyond perfect. The monitor with web cam came in super handy for my all day Zoom and worked flawlessly with my laptop. The mini fridge kept my food and drinks ice cold. Several very popular breakfast spots are a short few minutes drive, and there are lots of fast food, casual, and more elegant dining options within a 15 minute drive. Though it’s on a well-traveled road, the apartment is well insulated and I couldn’t hear ANY road noise. There was a huge thunderstorm a couple nights and it was hard to tell it was raining except for the lightning. The listing is exactly as pictured and described. It’s spacious, so welcoming, and incredibly peaceful. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed staying at their place, super great area, very comfortable, private and close to so many different places and things to do. It is also close enough to the highway which was a plus for me since I had to go to the base in Goldsboro for work. Another HUGE plus, there is a delicious restaurant called Luna Pizza Cafe right at the corner of the apartment complex, so if you are hungry or just want a drink only need to walk a couple of steps and enjoy a delicious meal. I also appreciate their hospitality and their responsiveness even at 7AM. Thank you! Highly recommended, would book it again if I am back in the area.

Went to Raleigh for a night and this place was amazing. Views were lovely, felt right at home. Timothy was very informative & easy to talk to. Can’t wait to go again.

This was our second stay at Tanya’s place. It is ideal for visiting the UNC-Chapel Hill campus and Franklin street where parking isn’t easy. We loved the beautiful flowers and trees on this property. It’s a scenic Southern charmer. And Tanya is so welcoming. We felt her hospitality.

Jeanne's place was very nice. Very quiet and peaceful area surrounded by beautiful wooded areas. You will likely be able to spot lot of deers in the areas. All the amenities were well thought out and the kitchen had everything that you can think of that is needed. Highly recommended and will surely stay here on our next visit

Lee’s place was the perfect location for our stay in Raleigh! It was about a block from all restaurants and bars in the area. It had easy street access and the space was spacious and very clean! Check-in was very easy and the apartment had everything needed for the duration of our stay! I would recommend this place and we will be staying at Lee’s again for any future trips to Raleigh.

This unit was extremely comfortable and very conveniently located! it has a beautiful sunset view from the balcony and the gym and pool area were great too. I would stay here anytime I was back in Raleigh!

The place allowed for us to have a wonderful weekend with no problems or worries. Would recommend or stay there again.

I cannot begin to describe how unbelievable this Airbnb is. It has to be the most beautifully designed property in Raleigh, if not the state. If you were to take the beauty of a boutique hotel and the funnest Airbnb you’ve ever stayed in and combine them, this would be its baby. She has a movie room outfitted with a popcorn and candy machine, a hot tub, a cereal bar, a crazy good coffee station, a Pac-Man machine and a treasure hunt! If that wasn’t impressive enough, her bedding, the backyard swing, all of the furnishings are like something out of a magazine. She must have spent forever planning everything she has put together and I am so glad she did. Last but not least, the location is amazing, it is so close to downtown and the street was quiet. To put it lightly, we loved staying here and look forward to coming back!

I stayed with my 11 year old and her friend and it was the perfect place for us. The girls spent most of their time outside on the tree swings or wading in the small creek. I can’t even tell you how their TV is because the kids were having such fun outside (a small miracle to have them off screens.) Barbara and her daughter Liz were wonderful and so communicative. The place is really cute and had everything we needed. My daughter has requested we stay there every visit to Chapel Hill. ☺️

An absolutely must stay if you are coming to Raleigh! This place was squeaky clean, clutter free, and a very quiet neighborhood. A gave it a 5 out of 5 stars! Response time was quickly, very accommodating, and a lot of space. I will definitely stay again on my next trip. Thanks for sharing your home with me and my sons! ❤️

Very clean and modern, updated house. Big. Plenty of room. Big kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Updated bathrooms. Modern appliances. Great place to chill out. Close to downtown. Highly recommend.

Great hosts!!! They were very responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. The house had a fully equipped, clean, and lovely kitchen. Beds were super comfortable, and all spaces were very tidy and well-kept. Highly recommend!

We were trying to find something close to my son house, for my grandson‘s first birthday. My daughter-in-law was going to rent the location, but she needed something bigger. My daughter-in-law mentioned the house to me she said I would love it. She was right, the home is beautiful, very spacious open view from the kitchen to the living room, which is something that I love. Restaurants, things to do, even stores to go shopping just minutes away. We felt like we were right at home. If it’s available next time when we go to visit my son and his family, we would totally love to stay there again. As for the host, they were great any questions or concerns we had Joshua and Kristina were able to assist us. My husband even asked me if it was for sale, then we laughed about it.

This was a convenient location for the event we were in town for but the house & yard made our stay so much nicer. Plenty of space for a family to be comfortable & great yard if traveling with dogs. The house was stocked very well in comparison to most rentals & we also received a lovely welcome gift. We will definitely return when back for next years event!

Debra was very friendly and communicative. This was our 3rd time staying in wake forest and first time at this place. We loved the place and will def be staying here again in the future. We loved the emergency supply box "take what you need but need what you take". This host has made sure you have everything you need ahead of time.

Everything was great! The space was clean and had all the amenities we needed plus was in walking distance to lots of bars and restaurants

I stayed in B’s place while attending a three day meeting nearby. I had a car, but could easily have walked to the office and nearly everything I needed. The home was perfect for me. Tons of space, a comfy bed, and all the amenities i could want. Loved the balcony and greenbelt view. The apartment was quiet both in and outside. Did not take advantage of the gym or pool but they looked great and I’m sure anyone would be pleased with the layout and offerings of the complex. Thank you, B, for your attention to detail and responsiveness during my stay. Highly recommend B’s place as an alternative to the local hotels. Five stars, no doubt!
