Monthly Rentals in Downtown, St. John's

We stayed at Ruth’s place for 5 months from June-November while we were house hunting. We loved the amount of space we had for us and our 3 pets! It was a perfect spot to rent temporarily. Walkable to downtown, home is full of character, neighbourhood is safe (like anywhere in a city make sure your car doors are locked). Ruth is a super friendly and responsive host. The home is older and we absolutely loved the character and charm. Of course with an older home comes the occasional quirks. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but Ruth was always very prompt at getting them resolved. Her Dad is the caretaker and any time he had to pop by to fix something he was very polite and friendly. Overall this is a fantastic, spacious, pet friendly location which is rare in St. John’s. Great value and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

I was in St. John's for a work trip and spent two beautiful months in one of the Queen suites. The position was very good because close to the city center but in a relatively quiet place. Micheal was always very reactive and replied quickly to my requests. Two washing machines and two dryers were available for free in the basement, which is good for long stays. The kitchen was equipped with microwave, pots, cutlery, dish-washer and a portable hob. I found the bed comfortable and I liked the bathroom, especially the shower.

We had a lovely stay in St. John’s, with easy access to public transport and a variety of shops nearby. The apartment is tastefully furnished, featuring a beautiful Atlantic Ocean theme that runs throughout the space. Our host, Karen, was wonderful — thoughtful in her recommendations and prompt in communication. She made our stay feel both comfortable and welcoming. Thank you, Karen!

Our stay was just what we were looking for ,home away from home, perfect for 2 couples in downtown St John’s. It was within 5 minutes walk of our venue, (Mary Brown Centre)restaurants and bars. The place was spotless, had all the amenities we needed to cook our meals. The bed was very comfortable, each couple had their own bathroom. There are 3 levels and a patio on each level. A beautifully decorate space. Off street parking for 2 vehicles. We will definitely stay here again when we visit St Johns !! 10/10
