Our vacation home has a living area of 70 square meters. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic health resort of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. In the neighborhood are commercial enterprises, which, however, cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at 150 cm high. Hiking trails lead directly from the house and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also marked. For children there is a swing with a climbing pole. There are a total of 3 seating areas in the outdoor area - 2 terraces and a veranda with a view of the countryside. The cottage offers all comforts in a small space (3 levels) and impresses with its seclusion and uniqueness.

After an excursion on the Swabian mountains, you can slow down and enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the balcony. Our guest room can be used by two adults and up to two smaller children (up to 12 years old). We can provide a folding bed and a crib free of charge upon request

The space is a 1-room apartment with separate entrance without kitchen. With coffee maker, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses, cups and fridge. The bus stop to Ulm is 5 minutes walk (bus line 11 ring traffic) in approx. 15 minutes by car, by bus approx. 25 minutes at Ulm main station. You can reach Legoland Günzburg in about 30 minutes. Blaubeuren (Blautopf) is 15 minutes by car. The Eselsberg University Hospitals can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Welcome to the foot of the Swabian Alb. The apartment is newly renovated and furnished in a bright modern style. It is a large room with a new kitchen, a double bed and a sofa bed. There is a modern bathroom with shower. There is a washing machine in a small intermediate space. A dryer can be used if needed. In the kitchen, there is a coffee maker, fridge with freezer and microwave.

The apartment is a separate apartment with a separate entrance. Contactless check-in and check-out is no problem. The private terrace invites you to relax. The apartment is in a very quiet area in Großbettlingen, at the foot of the Swabian Alb about 25 km southeast of Stuttgart. Metzingen is about 6 km away, Nürtingen about 5 km. We are also close to Reutlingen and Tübingen.
