Situated between two big dams, the cottage offers beautiful views stretching as far as Table Mountain on a sunny day. We allow catch-and-release Bass fishing and you are welcome to take a stroll around the farm to see the cows and many calves that roams next to the dams. Almond cottage is positioned above a dam in the heart of the Banhoek conservancy. It is a light, modern cabin with direct access to endless hiking and the finest mountain biking trails in the western cape. Although it is styled as a one bedroom, two person cabin, there is a queen sized open pod attached to the living room which can sleep 2 children or an extra guest and can be made up for small extra fee. Almond cottage is set back from the lake and enjoys views of farmland and mountains.
