The property is a two bed self contained flat attached to the main house, offering a warm homely and welcoming environment, and creating a 'home from home retreat' for individuals, couples and small families alike. This is a well equipped property offering independence should you not wish to use the plentiful local amenities. Byfield House- The farm house to a working farm which sits adjacently. You will probably meet some cows or sheep in the field over the garden fence. Located in the Worcestershire countryside. Cosy home with period features. A large garden which is great for kids to run around and play. Feel free to use climbing frame, goal and trampoline. Large driveway will comfortably fit all your vehicles. Currently building work in the farmyard on weekdays, but every effort is being made to limit noise

Manor Stables

A beautiful cottage set in the grounds of a 17th Century Manor house with views over the surrounding countryside. The extensive grounds back onto the River Avon and include a Tennis/Basketball court and children's play area. The Stables has two bedrooms, one with a super king size bed and the other a double bed- and there is space for mattresses on the floor if required. There is a separate living area with pool table; a full kitchen and laundry; bathroom; and air conditioning throughout.

Emerald Annexe is a self contained space within a 19th century period property. Set within 5 acres of garden woodland, providing a peaceful setting on the edge of Worcester. Located 5 miles from the M5, 15 minutes from the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty the Malvern Hills and 10 minute drive to the City of Worcester where you find cafes, restaurants and river walks. Consisting of one bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and lounge area, along with plenty of outside space for you to enjoy!

Comfortable house situated in the heart of the beautiful market town of Pershore. Ideally located 2 minutes walk from Pershore Abbey, 5 mins from all local amenities, many great pubs and easy access to walks & dog walks. The house is very old and some may say quirky but it has been modernised and is clean and warm and will be all yours. There is a carport for one car and free parking on the surrounding roads if a second parking space is required.
