Typical of a basement, there are only small windows that do not allow so much daylight. There is a kitchenette (fridge, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, hotplates), but without a separate sink. Sauna use is also possible for an extra charge. This is our small quiet 2-room apartment in the heart of Dresden Neustadt. The apartment is located in the rear building of an apartment building on the 3rd floor. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower tub, living room with TV and sofa bed and of course a bedroom with double bed. A travel crib and highchair for toddlers is available and can be used at any time. The parking lot is located in the immediate vicinity of the apartment.

The one-room apartment is located on the edge of the lively and popular Neustadt, Dresden's trendy district. It is located on the 4th floor in the attic. In the apartment there is a bathroom with a bathtub, a short hallway and a kitchen that can be reached via the living/bedroom. A balcony is also available, which invites you to linger.

The apartment is located in the Prussian Quarter in a back house in the countryside, less than a 10-minute walk from the lively trendy district "Äußere Neustadt". Dresdner Heath and the Elbe are also very close. The apartment has its own entrance. The room has a 1.40 m wide double bed, in addition there is a sofa bed. A crib can be provided on request. The kitchen offers all the necessary equipment to cook a small meal.
