My flat can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and an extra bed can also accommodate up to 8/9 people. I have 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a single bed. In the blue room an additional air bed can be provided for 2 people. It is the larger room with a couch, projector & screen. In the orange room there is a 1.60 m double bed and a 1.40 m wide loft bed. Since the ceiling height is not very high, I like to offer this bed as a single bed, but even in this one you can easily sleep in pairs.

Dir gehört die komplette Wohnung, somit bist Du ungestört und hast Ruhe. Die Wohnung ist fußläufig zu sehr vielen Restaurants, Bars und Clubs der Dresdner Neustadt gelegen. Auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind in wenigen Minuten erreicht. Update 19.02.2026: Die Wohnung hat neue Matratzen bekommen.

The open, light-flooded rooms are equipped with everything you need for a successful stay! In the Dresden Neustadt an individual pub scene with bars, restaurants and pretty cafés awaits you. Nevertheless, the apartment is very quietly situated.
