Everything great, the apartment was cozy and tidy. On the particular date I arrived, there we're some restrictions on check-in time, but Mateus communicated them clearly and made sure it wouldn't be a problem before he accepted the booking.

The apartment was spacious and looked even better than in pictures, with beautiful views of the garden. It was cozy, very clean and well equipped with all necessities. The neighborhood is quiet, with everything in Neustadt within walking distance and easy public transport connection (or a slightly longer walk) to the old town. Bernd and Martina were super friendly and communicative hosts. We loved the stay and would gladly visit again.

It was a great time to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle in the absolutely quiet apartment. We will be happy to return.

Top accommodation in the best location! The accommodation is very tastefully furnished, absolutely clean and well equipped – nothing was missing. The location is top: only a few minutes' walk along the Elbe promenade to the beautiful old town with many sights. There are nice people, numerous shopping facilities and a wide selection of restaurants in the area. The communication went smoothly – Michael contacted us and provided us with helpful tips for the stay. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

Beautiful, clean and convenient to both the tourist sites and the greaf bars and food of the Neustadt. Would stay there again!

Annette's accommodation offers everything you could want from a temporary home! We were in Dresden for a few days and couldn't have found a better place. The apartment is really beautiful: authentic old building with high ceilings & wooden floors, very spacious, beautiful pieces of furniture, very comfortable bed (yes!), green plants, charming details :-) You can tell that Annette takes very good care of the apartment herself - everything is just there, well thought out, very well maintained and very clean! The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the lively Neustadt, in a relaxed side street. A net market and a bakery are directly opposite, the best tram connections to the old town are just around the corner. Large selection of cafés, bistros & restaurants in the area. Annette was always available for arrangements for arrival & departure and very likeable - everything perfect! Thank you!

The accommodation is perfectly located, in the middle of the lively neighborhood. It is super clean, tastefully decorated, very spacious, bright and quiet. The small balcony is a great extra. Communication with Daniel was great! 5 stars consistently. We can only recommend the apartment and Daniel as a host! Thank you!

The apartment has everything you need. It was very quiet and the alternative scene was really nice. The location directly on the park was also wonderful. And so many nice little cafés (e.g. Ecke Nord) to discover. A clear recommendation from us!

Top location, 15 minutes walk to the old town, I did not move my car for 3 days. The apartment is in the rear building, so it is very quiet. Because the apartment is on the ground floor, it is a bit dark. The rest is exactly as described for the other 5 stars

We stayed here for the 2nd time and it was very pleasant in the apartment again, we enjoyed the stay very much.

The apartment is a little outside the center, you can reach everything by tram in no time. There are some delicious restaurants in the area, a Portuguese and a Syrian ( Ali Baba) . Opposite in the walk 8 you get beer and pizza and other things. Very nice. You feel comfortable in the apartment and it has everything you need for a week-long stay.

It is clearly communicated about the adjacent cafe that may cause some noise nuisance on the weekends. It was pretty easy myself, but I can imagine that people find it disturbing. However, you are in one of the most bustling streets in terms of restaurants and cafes, so that's part of it. I found the location top and the space extremely well cared for.

A beautiful, large apartment with balcony in Dresden's most beautiful district. The communication and check-in were great. We arrived a little earlier in Dresden and were able to enter the apartment earlier, which was sparkling clean and had everything you need for a pleasant stay. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is just perfect if you want to be in the heart of modern Dresden. The host was extremly nice and supportive.

The stay at the Air BnB was good. The apartment has everything you need. You can also use the hot tub and sauna for a bit of money. Sebnitz is very good for hikes in Saxon Switzerland as a starting point. Very well connected to public transport. The buses run directly at the hiking starting points. Due to the fact that you pay for a gate card/spa tax card, public transport is free of charge. 👍 Parking is not possible in front of the apartment, but there is a small parking space. My car was standing there unscathed for a week. :) I didn't need it on vacation :)

We came for a few days of hiking in the area and were looking for accommodation where you could stop after the tours and end the day. Bernd's apartment is perfect for that! The village of Wehlen is cute and if you want, you can start walking directly from here. The large car could easily be parked in the courtyard. The building complex was quiet and we heard almost nothing from other guests. The shared living and dining area is unbeatable: with a cozy kitchen bench where several people can eat together, as well as the large sofa, where everyone can also find their place. We felt very comfortable and highly recommend this apartment.

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need is there. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking lot on the opposite side of the street.

A small property, with great attention to detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

Great, listed four-sided courtyard, very idyllic ambience with adjoining equestrian complex and several ponds and lots of nature, really ingenious apartment with tasteful, very individual furniture, old beams combined with new interior design, plenty of space on over 100 sqm also for large families or 2 couples with children, large kitchen with full equipment also suitable for long-term stays, bathrooms and, and, and. Our children also got very qualified riding lessons and my husband and I finally went out again - with riding teacher, on very well-trained school horses. Next summer we have already booked 2 weeks at a time!

The apartment is nicely decorated and has a top location right on the Elbe.

Very nice hosts , very nice place with the most charming view from the balcony and sauna in this house . We had a good time and were able to stay another couple of hours after checkout . It was very nice . We recommend spending time and visiting this house 💫

Beautiful space. Great communication, was able to resolve concerns directly. added the stair gates especially for our daughter. My son was surprised by the Easter bunny and found a gift to himself outside the door - a thousand thanks again for that he was so happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much because our son got sick, but we were in the apartment for 24 hours for several days and there was nothing missing. The cleanliness, the amenities everything was great. Even the toys that were on site were great. We felt so comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks to Peggy & Torsten :)
