In the apartment you will find: - 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, big working/dining table and a TV, overlooking the rooftops of Ghent - 1 fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, water boiler, dishwasher, fridge, French press and coffee grinder - 1 bedroom for 2 people (king size bed) overlooking the main street - 1 smaller bedroom with a box spring bed for 2 people and a desk - 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a standing shower - separate toilet - utility room with a washing machine, drying machine, ironing board, iron and a drying rack The apartment is equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with a shampoo, conditioner, make up remover, body lotion and various other hygienic products. Please take note, that the apartment is not suited for young children (say under the age of 5) since we are not equipped for this and also the furniture is not adjusted (glass coffee table for example). The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with no elevator. The apartment is very close to both public buses and trams. You will find the nearest tram station, Vogelmarkt (tram line 2), just around the corner, and the nearest bus station, Gent Zuid (most bus lines), a couple of streets away. A friend or I will welcome you and provide you with keys and a tour of the apartment. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions at all! The flat is nestled in a traffic-free street a short walk away from the very centre of the city, close to charming shops, hip bars, amazing restaurants and historical sights. One of the best decorated apartment I’ve stayed in and so spacious. Located on a quiet street yet well within walking distance to town. A word of warning though lots of steps , steep narrow and spiral so if you are travelling from afar with big suitcases that may be a little inconvenient. But having said that it’s a minor consideration to note .

Beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean apartment with every facility you could need. Walkable to all the tourist areas we wanted to visit. Lots of restaurants to choose from, and very close to the Wazemmes market, lovely bakeries and supermarket too. Host was always incredibly quick to respond to my messages and gave me detailed instructions so everything was easy. It was my first AirBnB booking and it really exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend it!

The hosts also supplied a highchair and brilliant travel cot which was great and few car toys which got well used. We loved meeting Elmo the dog and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit über ein langes Wochenende mit mehreren Generationen. Super schönes Haus mit tollem Garten. Wir hatten Regen und Sonnenschein und beides ist gleichermaßen schön! Wenn man es gemütlich mag, schmeißt man einfach den Kamin an. Die unmittelbare Gegend ist super für schöne Spaziergänge. Ein Mini Supermarkt ist 7 min fußläufig entfernt, hier gibt es richtig leckere Schokocroissants 🤗. Dem Haus mangelt es an nichts und es ist super gemütlich und perfekt aufgeteilt. Wir kommen gern wieder!

AMAZING!! No other word to describe it! We had a fantastic stay at Annicki's place! She was very responsive and so helpful. The house was perfect! The pictures are great, but it is even better in person! The entire place is sparkly clean. The game room is fantastic, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is equipped with everything that you need. We would like to just move there! I highly recommend the stay - you won't be disappointed!

Super verblijf gehad in dit appartement. Hele fijne communicatie met Anne-Marie en doet er alles aan om je een fijn verblijft te maken. De biertjes lagen bij aankomst koud en er waren al genoeg snacks aanwezig. De locatie is super. Alles op loopafstand te doen. Top weekend gehad!
