Το σπίτι διαθέτει κουζίνα καλά εξοπλισμένη, ευρύχωρο σαλόνι με τηλεόραση, 2 άνετα υπνοδωμάτια καθώς και 2 μπάνια. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να σας φιλοξενήσουμε!

Μια γραφική, όμορφη, ζεστή γειτονιά από άλλη εποχή, ακριβώς κάτω από το κάστρο, δίπλα στον λόφο του προφήτη Ηλία, περικυκλωμένο από εκκλησίες. Parking υπάρχει στον ακριβώς επάνω δρόμο στα 10μ, σούπερ μάρκετ στα 800μ. Η περιοχή "Μανάβικα" όπου βρίσκονται όλες οι ταβέρνες και τα μπαράκια βρίσκεται στα 400μ.

The accommodation is located approx. 4 km from the city center. Surrounding sights such as the Meteora monasteries can be reached in approx. 20 minutes.

The house is located in the old town of Trikala, Varoussi. Although just a 5-minute walk from the center, the quiet and the feeling that you are in a village distinguishes it. A picturesque, beautiful, warm neighborhood from another era, right below the castle, next to the hill of Prophet Elias-Zoo, among various playgrounds. Parking is available on the road just above at 5m, a supermarket at 800m and all the taverns with bars at 400m.

It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (1.70 x 2.10), a living room with a double sofa bed (1.60 x 1.10), a balcony overlooking the garden, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The space has autonomous heating with natural gas and a/c. Possibility to use BBQ, dining room on the porch and private parking space.

Ισόγειο διαμέρισμα ενός υπνοδωματίου και με δύο καναπέδες -κρεβάτι στον κεντρικότερο πεζόδρομο της πόλης, μοντέρνα επιπλωμένο με αυτόνομη θέρμανση, κλιματισμό, πλυντήριο , κουζίνα καί γενικά πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Για τον μήνα Δεκέμβριο μόνο θα μπορεί να κοιμηθεί κ ένα παιδί επιπλέον ηλικίας μέχρι 10 ετών επειδή στην κρεβατοκάμαρα έχουμε προσθέσει ένα διπλό καναπέ που δεν φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει αυτόνομη θέρμανση (φυσικό αεριο) και μόνιμα ζεστό νερό. Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει 5 άτομα (4 ενήλικες και 1 μωρό). Τα ενδιαφέροντα σημεία της πόλης απέχουν μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια.
