Monthly Rentals in Dubrovnik

Anamarija is possibly the best Airbnb host we've ever had. She is very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. Since the apartment is in an area that is restricted to locals with permits, she picked us up in the city, drove to the apartment, helped us settle in, and even drove us back to the city. The apartment was clean, well furnished, and had great views. The only negative is that it's quite a walk uphill from the old town -- might be best to take an Uber back from daily excursions.

Joško and his wife were extremely hospitable. The apartment is very well located within walking distance of a beautiful beach and cliffs, restaurants, the bus stop and even the Old Town (maybe 20ish minute walk away). The yard is so serene and having a coffee or tea out there feels like such a treat. Joško went out of his way to welcome us and also bring us treats made by his wife, which was very appreciated. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Stella was a lovely host, helping with queries even before we arrived. Gave very clear instructions on where and how to enter the apartment. Once we arrived, we were stunned by the amazing views from the window over the main square. We enjoyed watching people, from the very early morning to late in the evening. The apartment was amazing and suited us for our stay. Stella left us a lovely gift of red wine to enjoy. This has left us with lovely memories of visiting Dubrovnik and would love to return again one day. Highly recommend staying in Stella’s apartment.

Perfect place to stay for a few days in Dubrovnik. Marina is a really friendly and helpful host. The apartment is in a clean, modern and quiet building. The apartment itself is a perfect hub to stay in whilst exploring Dubrovnik. Everything in there seemed like it was brand new. There was even an excess of high quality supplies/toiletries. The balcony is very private. There is a small shopping mall across the road, a shop next door, a bakery next door and a few other amenities nearby. The Old Town is a 5-10 mins taxi journey, the beach is about the same length of time to get to (Ubers can pull up right outside the apartment). The bus station is also located directly outside the apartment too. Would 100% book this apartment with Marina if visiting Dubrovnik again.
