Charming traditional house in the center of the village

The traditional stone house 'Kata' is suitable for families or groups. Guests have at their disposal the entire property, which is located in the first row to the sea and overlooks the sea. The house is in the center of the village and all the amenities will be within reach: a marina for sailboats and traditional wooden boats, restaurants and beaches. The house consists of two floors: on the ground floor there is a living room, dining room, kitchen and a small pantry, and on the first floor there is a toilet with a bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms.

Located in one of Zadar’s most beautiful old neighborhoods, our apartment is 15 min walk to the Old Town and 5 min to the sea, main bus station and supermarkets. A scenic seaside promenade near the apartment leads directly to the Old Town, with several beautiful beaches along the way. Tourist tax (City of Zadar): €1.50 per adult (18+) per night. Ages 12–17 pay 50%. Under 12 free. Included in the final price. Like VAT, it does not go to the host — we collect and remit it to the authorities.
