Family-friendly holiday rentals in Duino-Aurisina

Krasna hiša na čudoviti lokaciji! Mir in moznost za razne aktivnosti, kar je bilo idealno za dve družini in otroke razlicnih starosti. Komunikacija z Manco je bila neoporecna. Sprejela nas je prijazna Darija, kar je dalo nasemu obisku topel pečat in nam bo dolgo ostalo v spominu. Hvala!

Gloria und Alen sind wunderbare und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Die Villa ist ein Traum, hier stimmt einfach alles. Wer hier noch nicht war sollte her kommen, wer hier schon war kommt eh wieder. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und können diese Villa zu Hundert Prozent weiter empfehlen!

It was such a beautiful setting to be among the vineyards and my son loved visiting the farms birds and jumping on the trampoline. The accommodations were beautiful and the hosts were so lovely very welcoming and gave excellent recommendations about the local sites. We had their wine and their farm fresh breakfast we highly recommend it ! We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again one day.

If you are looking for a peaceful place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city - this is it! We had a great time at Martina's and Egon's lovely home. I got excited about the terrace that overlooks the forest. The outdoor kitchen area, the hot tub under open sky and Martina's delicious food have been more than add-on's to our stay in Idrija. :)

Alles perfekt! Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben könnte, würde ich es tun. Von der Kommunikation, bis zur Lage und Sauberkeit - diese Unterkunft ist ein absoluter Traum! Kinderfreundlich ausgestattet mit Kindergeschirr/besteck, erhöhtem Pool mit Tor und einem eigenen Spielplatz im Garten wurde hier an alles gedacht und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Man merkt, dass es nicht nur ein Airbnb Haus ist, sondern viel Herzblut der Besitzer in die Pflege einfliesst. Auch bei selbstverschuldeten Komplikationen wurde uns umgehend und überaus freundlich geholfen, was absolut nicht selbstverständlich ist. Alles in allem kann ich diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Riesen Dankeschön an Lucija und ihre Familie ♥️

It's a nice apartment where you can relax. You can easily go around from there and visit different places. Tadeja is very nice and accommodating. She is very proactive and gives a lot of information.

Mirjam’s place above the city is lovely and the view is so calming. Very quiet are and feels like home away from home. Thank you.

Great location and lovely apartment

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Das Appartement war sehr großzügig, was den Platz betrifft, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet. Spitzen-Location am alten Hafen Ein kleines Minus gibt es - dafür kann die Gastgeberin aber nichts: Direkt vor den Fenstern war ein Platz mit vielen Mülltonnen und Leute warfen Glas(flaschen) sehr lautstark auch mitten in der Nacht hinein. Das Leben halt :) Die Gastgeberin sah ich selbst nie, Self-check-in aber perfekt und Freddy via SMS erreichbar - wir brauchten nix und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Jederzeit wieder!

Etwas kompliziert zu finden. Unser Navi hat uns mit der Route von Airbnb falsch geschickt. Ist außerhalb von Triest. Meerblick ist wunderbar. Der Zugang zum Meer ist entweder über eine Stiege, Leiter oder sehr spitzen kleine Steine. Es gibt ein WC mit Dusche und ein separates WC - leider ohne Dusche- beim zweiten Schlafzimmer. Ein kleiner Garten mit Liegen ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Super war die Steckdose in der Garage für unser Auto zum Laden.

Roman and Milena were very gracious and frendly hosts. They had special treats when we arrived and were very informative about the local hikes and restaurants. The location is just magical. So peaceful and beautiful! The cottage is well equipped and spotless! There are even slippers available for guest use! Very thoughtful. We hope to come back sometime for a longer stay. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Bett, den kurzen Wegen zum Strand ca 4 Minuten und zum Zentrum. Gute freundliche Kommunikation. Schöner Urlaub. Hat alles gepasst.

Wir haben uns gleich Zuhause gefühlt, tolle Wohnung, um ruhige Abende bei Sonnenuntergang auf den wundervollen Dachterrassen zu verbringen. Suoer auch, dass es einen eigenen Parkplatz gibt, tolle Ausstattungen und authentisches Wohnen. Simone war immer äußert bemüht und hat uns alles ganz klar beschrieben. Vielen lieben Dank! Hoffentlich bis zum nächsten Mal. Salutoni :)

L'appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione e alle foto. È estremamente pulito e ordinato ed offre tutto il necessario. Si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, ma a soli 15 minuti da Trieste. Consiglio però di arrivare di giorno perché le stradine sono strette e in pratica hanno tutte lo stesso nome, è facile confondersi e sbagliare. Seguite attentamente le istruzioni fornite e non avrete problemi. Bernarda è stata molto gentile, pensavamo di arrivare più tardi del previsto e si è dimostrata disponibile ad assecondare questa nostra necessità. Raccomando vivamente questo alloggio.

Fantastic location, to walk to museum, lace school, information centre, Bee house, restaurants, cafes, groceries. House itself is quaint, Maruska lovely to communicate with. We recommend her place to stay when visiting Idrija 😃

Apartament jest dokładnie taki jak na zdjęciu, ma ogromny taras z przepięknym widokiem. Łazienka jest malutka, ale wystarczająca. Gospodarz jest niezwykle miłym człowiekiem, i chociaż czasami jest bariera językowa, to zawsze można napisać do Alesa, lub użyć translatora. Jedyne malutkie zastrzeżenie do czystości, niektóre rzeczy były niedokładnie sprzątnięte. Ale za to w lodówce czekały na nas szampan i soki, a na koniec otrzymaliśmy lokalny prezent. To był dobrze spędzony czas. Dziękujemy i polecamy :)

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der traumhaft schönen Unterkunft von Klaus. Die Anlage ist super gut gepflegt und Klaus war jederzeit erreichbar. Bei defektem Wasserablauf im Bad hat Klaus super schnell reagiert und einen Handwerker geschickt der sehr freundlich war und alles direkt reparieren konnte. Unsere spontanen Gäste durften sogar kostenfrei eine Nacht mit ihrem Camper auf dem Parkplatz übernachten - DANKE dafür. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne weiter!

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Wir wurden super herzlich von den beiden empfangen, wo man uns erstmal die Wohnung und den Garten gezeigt hat. Es war alles schön und sauber. Die Küche und auch der Grill lädt auch Mal dazu ein selbst zu kochen und die Ruhe auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Die Wohnung würden wir genauso immer wieder nehmen! 😊

If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

The apartment was fantastic. The pool was beautiful and the outdoor terrace a perfect place to relax. All spaces were larger than they looked in the photos. We loved it!!

We had an amazing week at Casa Rossa. The setting is wonderful, perched on a hill by the woods and the terraced vineyards, with views over the plain and the mountains. Conveniently located for exploring Udine, Cividale, San Daniele and we also managed a day trip to Venice by car from here, it would be difficult to access and make the most of the place without a car (though we did see plenty of mountain bikers!). The shared pool is on the main farm about 5 min drive away on a gravel track and country lane, but always worth the trip down, as the scenery poolside is also beautiful. The wine from the estate is also top notch!
