The house is open to a garden where you can relax, enjoy the calm of the Percher countryside and admire our vegetable garden. We look forward to welcoming you to our haven!

The apartment is on the ground floor of our house with independent access. Possibility to park in our fenced lot. It consists of 3 rooms, fitted kitchen, bedroom with 140 cm double bed and a bathroom with toilet. There is also a private terrace.

Not far from Le Mans, enjoy the calm, the rhythm of each season for a rejuvenating experience. From the private parking lot, you will cross the gardens where I grow aromatic plants and edible flowers to produce tasty herbal teas and herbs that you can find on my site.
