We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed for the beach and pool. The golf cart was an amazing addition as there are many places to eat in driving distance to the house. Jarrett was very responsive and friendly. Would absolutely stay here again!

An older home, but decorated nice and plenty of space. Loved that there were floats for the pool, towels and beach chairs. Enjoyed the screened in porch and appreciated the grill, outdoor fridge and sink. plenty of sitting areas too. I meant to, but forgot to sign the guest book. Would love to return.

We visited for my son's graduation. The house accommodated us very well. Spacious, clean, plenty of towels. The pool, grill, and fire pit was a plus.

Absolutely wonderful home from the spacious surroundings inside to the peaceful screened porch with comfy couches to socialize and relax. This house was perfect for the 5 of us! Our host kept in touch and offered suggestions and tips to enjoy Dunedin. The pass to Honeymoon Island was a great perk!! We LOVED this fantastic home!!

I had my two team members joking me for a work retreat and the space was perfect. The kitchen area was spacious and clean and made for great working and hanging out space. Jodi was responsive and friendly when we needed her. Everything was adorable and so close to downtown Dunedin which is exactly what we wanted. I would happily stay here again!

Beautiful home! Booked for my bachelorette and it was such beautiful space. Only 20 minutes from Dunedin beach! Or do what we did and have an entire pool day in the gorgeous heated pool! Bree was very responsive and helpful too!

John’s place was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our visit. The location is wonderful; walking distance to shops, restaurants, and trails. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great gem! It’s the second home on the property in the back. Spacious, comfy, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is amazing and so close to great restaurants, shopping, and the infamous bike path! Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I had an amazing time. The house is beautiful, cozy, and clean. The beds were comfortable, and the pool and backyard were well taken care of. We were very pleased with everything. Luz was an awesome host, she made us feel very welcome and responded quickly whenever we had a question. We will definitely be coming back soon!

We had a great time! Everything was as listed.The only thing that can be improved are the mattresses on every bed, they were a bit hard for all of us, would highly recommend a topper to make it more comfortable and the AC at night would get a bit hot...other than that everything was just as described and more. Thank you Kinga & Tom for sharing your lovely home with us! We will definitely be recommending and coming back!

Perfect home for our family visit to the area. Beds were very comfortable. House was clean and comfortable. Pool and outdoor area were perfect for hanging out and enjoying the nice weather. Close drive to downtown Dunedin or Clearwater. Highly recommend.

my family stayed at Leslie's place for Father's Day weekend, and we had a great time in her spacious, comfortable home. She really thought of all the details. I have two small children 3yo and 5 months old, and it was so nice to have toys, books, wipes, pack n play, and even a little balance bike available to use! so many amenities, the rooms were spacious and clean, the kitchen was well appointed, and a little basket of commonly forgotten things was such a thoughtful addition. really close to honeymoon Island. we will certainly stay again!

Karolina was a wonderful host and was quick to respond to any inquiries we had. The home exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully decorated, CLEAN (a huge plus for us), well stocked with everything we needed, and more! The grounds were beautifully landscaped, which made spending time outdoors even more enjoyable. We especially loved spending time by the pool and in the game room. We all loved how comfortable the beds were. Karolina has created a space that is warm, inviting, comfortable, tranquil, and fun. It truly felt like home away from home. We hope to come back one day!

We love Tu’s house! 10 min drive to honeymoon island state park beach. We kayaked to Caladesi Island and absolutely love this location! Beds were very comfortable and the pool was perfect! Tu accommodated us for a late check out and was always quick to respond. We will definitely book again! 🏝️✨

Location, location, location! My husband, 17 month old and I absolutely LOVED our stay here. We really appreciated the beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrella that we were able to use- saved us having to rent them at the beach. Kristen also had a binder full of menus and recommendations. So many incredible places to walk to and dine at. Plus a farmers market Friday and Saturday morning in the downtown park. Cannot say enough great things about this place and the host, Kristen! Super responsive and accommodating. The beds, super comfy too! We will be back ☺️

Book it!! We have stayed at a few different places in Dunedin, and this is one of the best. AMAZING location. Walkable to everything and can see the sunset at the end of the street. Spacious, clean and nice. Great pool and fun amenities. And a great price too. Book it and enjoy a great launching pad for your Dunedin adventures.

My family stayed for a second time. This is our go to place to stay when traveling to the area. Laura is very responsive and helpful. House is very clean and newly updated.
