The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds are comfortable (king in master/twin singles in 2nd bedroom) and OSP for 4 cars. It's a 7 minute walk to the swimming beach, cafe and dairy. Take the 16kms to Taieri Mouth for coastal scenery, fishing, walks and picnics.

Look over the Kaikorai Valley from the deck, while listening to native birdsong. You might even get a visit from our friendly pets. We are tucked away from the street but less than five minutes walk from Roslyn village and 20 minutes, or a short drive or bus ride, into the city.

In a rural setting it is the perfect spot for a relaxing time away. Open plan lounge dining room and kitchen. Large sliding doors open up the house when the weather is good. 25 mins from Dunedin on the Scenic route. Surfing and swimming beaches close by. Pets by negotiation.
