Smaills Beach is at the start of the Otago Peninsula and is perfectly located for accessing stunning beaches and seeing wildlife while also only being 10 minutes from the city centre. This cottage has a stunning outlook and a quiet rural feel. It's close to local surf spots and if you are lucky with your timing you may get to see the southern lights (Aurora australis). At the back gate the Otago/Otepoti shipping channel, marine reserve and salt marsh. At the front is the Pacific Ocean, abundant with wildlife, penguins, seals, sealions and birds.
