It has also recently been listed as a Category 1 heritage building - a building of national significance. The apartments are warm, well insulated & have everything you need for both a short or longer stay. The kitchen has an ash wood bench, induction hob & a pyrolytic oven. Less than a kilometer away from the cottage is the start of a track through native bush to the top of Mount Cargill with panoramic views of the Otago Harbour. The newly renovated cottage is warm, sunny, cosy and comfortable.
