House holiday rentals in Dupont Circle, Washington

We had a great stay here for my graduation weekend! The place fit all 10 of us and we had access to the pool throughout the weekend! Everything looked just like the pictures, and we felt safe and comfortable in this neighborhood. It is a bit farther from some of the DC and MD hotspots, but it worked for us. No complaints, we would stay again!

Gladys has a lovely home. We enjoyed spending time in the heated pool and loved hearing about Gladys’s stories. The stay was perfect and had everything we needed. Make sure to try the sauna after a swim in the pool! Thank you very much for hosting us and hope to be back soon!

Fantastic place in every respect! The house is lovely, pristine, perfectly configured, and outfitted with every amenity. The tiered garden out back is beautiful and charming. The location was A+++ (quintessential Georgetown setting with delightful walking everywhere). We enjoyed everything about the house and our time there. Thank you, Charlotte!

Perfect stay for a large group! Lots of rooms! Lots of beds! 3.5 baths is clutch!!!! And affordable!!!! Also, the water pressure was amazing! We’ll have to come back when we can use the pool! Thanks so much!

Daniel’s Home was beautiful and he made this special event for me and my family able to celebrate my sons 26th Heavenly Birthday a success We were very comfortable and it really felt like home the pool was very clean and the Home was very spacious and squeaky clean I would love to Book Daniel again He was a very nice and friendly Host that responded to any questions we had he made communication easy me and my family really enjoyed our self and yes he’s reasonable and you definitely get what you paid for and more Thank you again Daniel

We had a great time in DC and the lodging was exactly what we were looking for. We took advantage of free on street parking right by the front door. We took the metro various places which has a stop about 5 minutes away. There aren’t a ton of food places right around but we just made sure we ate while we were out. Will was quick to answer questions and help us with any needs. We would definitely come back!

This family home radiates warmth and the personal tastes of its owners. It is welcoming, and comfortable with an exceptional kitchen, good beds, and interesting art. Our family of 3 and our dog were here on business. After a tiring day, the informally landscaped yard was a private, serene oasis just minutes away from urban activity. And the pool is more beautiful than its picture. Patricia is a perfect host in every way. We recommend her home highly and would rent it again.

What an amazing place and location! Perfect everything. So cute and comfy and clean with everything you need. Fadi was so responsive to messages and very friendly and accommodating. Beds are so comfortable and linens are luxurious!! Perfect location to all things DuPont Circle and DC. Willard is a beautiful quiet street. Can not recommend enough!!

Great house! V nice location, lots of room, the house had a nice common area, nice furniture and touches, and many details were thought of — automatic dishwasher and laundry dispenser, umbrellas in the entrance, etc … would highly recommend!

Bridget was amazingly responsive, accommodating, extremely nice and helpful. Her place is so cute and we loved staying there. It’s comfy and the washer and dryer was so much appreciated because it rained a few days so when we got home we just took our wet clothes off and washed them immediately. Would definitely stay again!!

I had a lovely stay at this Airbnb. Easy check in, super communicative host, and the accommodations were exactly what I needed for a long weekend. I loved the code-lock door and not having to worry about keeping track of a key, the tv and couch made for a comfortable relaxation spot, there was a nice desk for me to work at, plenty of outlets…it really was a wonderful airbnb location. Shareef was an excellent host, I especially appreciated him reminding me that I could use a parking pass the day before I was supposed to check in and forgot myself! I would stay here again in a heartbeat if I need to stay in DC again. :)

If I could give the location of this home more than 5 stars, I would. Very easy walking distance to restaurants, shopping, groceries, and the Metro.

Stefane’s airbnb is a lovely space. It is clean and well-appointed in a walkable neighborhood with coffee and restaurants quite near. The bed is ridiculously comfortable. The space itself is a basement unit, so very little natural light. Great spot for single travelers or a couple.

Apartment was super tidy and linens and towels were fresh and clean. We stayed almost a week. Phebe was very responsive the few times I messaged her, the A/C units kept the apartment nice and cold, great water pressure in the shower. There were plenty of supplies in the kitchen (utensils, cups, etc..) and the bathroom had extra of everything. We traveled with our 2 kids and they shared the sofa bed in the living room which they said was really comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have an extra TV in the bedroom since the only TV is in the living room where the sofa bed is and the kids have a different sleeping time than us, I guess if you don’t have to use the sofa bed this is not an issue, other than that my rating is still a 5 and I would stay there again.

It was great for our family of four. We spent little time there as we were always out touring. Great place!

I have stayed in other AirBNB’s in DC and this was by far my favorite. Great attention to detail in the space to include having staples there like coffee, creamer, etc. Roman was also great, going out of his way to give us great recommendations for places to see or go that aren’t your typical tourist places. Was also very helpful with work invoicing. Can’t say enough, great experience!

We loved our stay at this lovely home! Super clean and very well stocked with just about everything you might need. Neighborhood is close to great restaurants.

Jordi’s got an amazing space! We come to DC fairly often, and this trip was originally planned around Sunday brunch & a concert at Nationals Park. Sadly the show cancelled last minute, but we decided to stick with the trip - and Jordi’s space was the perfect central hub as we set up new plans to fill the weekend. Very walkable to great food and coffee, or a quick uber to get across town or to see the monuments, but incredibly quiet/calm inside when you’re ready to crash after a long day. (+ even more spacious in person!) Jordi was also a great host - he shared all the check-in/check-out info in advance so it was easy to know what to expect, and super quick to answer any questions. Would happily stay here again!

This rental is in a convenient location, clean, kitchen had everything we needed, and most importantly Ivan and Stephen were great to communicate with.

We stayed at Ivan's cottage for eight nights and quickly felt at home. The apartment was spotless and comfortable; I loved having coffee on the sofa each morning planning out our days, and the full use of the kitchen for such a long stay was really nice. Everything was exactly as seen and I would highly recommend the apartment for anyone going to DC for a long stay. Also very convenient was the washer and dryer. and dishwasher. Ivan and Stephen were very quick to respond when we had a minor issue and gave us great local restaurant recs. A truly unforgettable trip. 5 stars!!!

Great place to stay

Beyond expectations! The directions to get there were super clear and the instructions worked perfectly. Opening the door and seeing this gorgeous carriage home. It was immaculate and welcoming. Had everything we needed and more. The beds were so comfy and the sofa bed was amazing! I felt very safe and the neighborhood is beautiful. I wouldnt change a thing about this place. Thank for a wonderful, comfortable and safe place to stay so my kids could visit the nations capital!

The house was even more beautiful in person than in the photos. It was spacious and inspiringly curated. We were impressed by the house's built-in sound system and lighting, and the two kitchens had everything we needed for group meals and celebrating a friend's birthday. The rooftop offered serene views of sunsets, and we appreciated the celebration of Black authors and artists throughout the space. The host family next door was incredibly responsive and friendly and made checking in and out a breeze. So grateful that they made this space available to us for a wonderful weekend in D.C.
