Townhome holiday rentals in Dupont Circle, Washington

The place was well equipped for my 2 year old with a pack and play, high chair and baby gate for the stairs. Apartment felt safe and secure and minutes to the Capitol building.

Great property for a large family or adult group. EZ walk to Wharf and to Metro station (Waterfront/green line). EZ walk to morning coffee if you don’t want to make it yourself. Appreciated the large dining table and first floor set up that was good for socializing and happy hour. We had 7 adults in our group- plenty of room for both our couples and our singles. Twin bed rooms are adult friendly with both size of twin beds and neutral decor. The parking spot was an appreciated amenity! Great place for a group visit to DC, with responsive and friendly hosts.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

Julia is an excellent host! She kept good communication before, during and right after our stay. Her unit is a very comfortable place to stay -- she kept the place clean and well decorated, and provides everything that can make a staying away from home convenient. We enjoyed staying there very much! I would highly recommend it to others -- ideal for a family.

Great stay with some friends for a long weekend! House exceeded expectations- it was so spacious and even the person sleeping on the sofa bed felt they had privacy due to the separate kitchen and dining area. Loved having coffee and breakfast on the rocking chairs out front. Beautiful house, perfect location, and easy to get around from there.

I felt right at home! The plants greeting you at the front stoop are adorable and the home is clearly lovingly maintained :)

Wonderful place, exactly as pictured and described! Parking was not a problem, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Just a few blocks to Trader Joe's, Harris Teeter, King Street, and the Alexandria Waterfront. The backyard seating and BBQ are such a nice bonus!

We loved our stay in this townhome! It’s in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood but still just minutes from all the shops, restaurants, and waterfront. The home was clean, comfortable, and felt like a perfect home base to explore the city. Would definitely stay again!

We loved staying at Ben and Tessa’s place. Capitol Hill is such a lovely neighborhood, not much of commerce and restaurants, but that’s part of the charm. We were traveling with a baby and it was perfect for our morning strolls. The house is very charming with all the tools we needed. With a baby was awesome to wander a little bit in the morning, come back home, put her to sleep, give her lunch and then go out in the afternoon for a longer adventure. By the way, there is an awesome playground just 2 blocks away.

Great location lots of places to walk to. Parking was excellent, was able to park our suburban on the street right in front the whole weekend.

Rudolph’s home was wonderful! It was perfect for our little group and perfect distance from the concert we were attending. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rudolph was super helpful if we had any questions and a great host. Would recommend :)

We found the house to be quite cozy and charming. It's worth noting, however, that it was a tight squeeze for our family of five, especially with just one restroom. A big plus was the host's quick and helpful responses whenever we needed anything. It was also great to find a good supply of soaps and laundry detergent readily available. Highly recommended

It was such a great place to stay. It was a friends getaway, and we all enjoyed it. We would definitely book again! The host communicated quickly and just can’t say enough great things. Great area and everything is so close by. 10 out of 10.

I had a wonderful stay at Jane’s Airbnb in Washington, DC. The space was exceptionally clean and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after exploring the city. Jane was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience smooth and stress-free. The neighborhood itself is beautiful and full of history—great for walking and soaking in the charm of the area. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting DC!

This townhouse was wonderful. We had a great time and it was easy to get to the metro and around DC.

Kaye and Zack were the best hosts! They checked in on us several times to make sure everything was going OK. The location is so handy for getting around on the Metro. We loved our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very quiet and private, with an easy commute into the main city area!

We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations during our stay! John’s place was clean and welcoming. The beds were comfortable and the hot water and water pressure were excellent! The backyard space was relaxing at the end of a busy day and we loved the quiet friendly neighborhood atmosphere with tons of walkable restaurants. Next time we are in town we will be booking again!

We loved staying here while visiting DC. It was incredibly clean and spacious for us. We enjoyed walking to the zoo close by as it is a safe area. Patio was great to hang out and relax at night. Eugene also was very quick to respond when we had any questions upon arrival. Would stay here again if in DC!! Lovely place inside and out.

Elliot's home is in a GREAT location. It is quiet and it is full of charm. Our family of four felt right at home here. For people who like to walk, this place is walking distance to The Mall and all that it has to offer. The home is on a really cute block and is also walking distance to the shops in Georgetown, as well as a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods. Oh... and the Silver Line. Staying here was so much more enjoyable and more affordable than getting two cramped hotel rooms. We look forward to staying here again.

This location was perfect for our weekend plans in DC. The house was super cute, homey, and very clean.t The host was very responsive the one time I needed to reach out, and her check in/out instructions were easy to follow. We really enjoyed our time there and hope we can snag it for our annual trip.

The house was really nice and perfect for a get away alone and the neighborhood is nice and quiet!
