Featuring modern wall murals and an abundance of plants, it offers a green, creative atmosphere that blends nature with design. The apartment is barrier-free except for one step at the entrance and has direct access to a private terrace. Both bedrooms can be completely darkened with electric shutters or curtains. The master bedroom is equipped with a removable mosquito screen on the door. If more than two people are staying, the living room can serve as a second bedroom or offer separate sleeping arrangements for two guests if desired. The apartment has a private entrance, doorbell, and mailbox. For added security, the entrance area is monitored by a camera. Inside, there's a small play area for children, and guests have access to Prime, Netflix, and streaming services. Parking is free in the immediate vicinity, and a bus stop right across the street takes you quickly to the city center. A bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, and bank are just a 5-minute walk away. There are fantastic playgrounds and restaurants nearby, along with many easily accessible lakes for swimming and plenty of nature for biking, jogging, or hiking.
