You pass the beautiful garden, which is a common area, and there are the independent rooms, 2 upstairs and 2 downstairs. We are located 5 minutes from the bus station, behind a sports field, 1 block from a small park, close to shopping malls, banks, restaurants, 8 minutes from downtown. We do not have parking.
