Big apartment, really comfortable with modern structure. 8-10 minutes from the sea by walking in straight line road. Privat parking free of charge, service for rental cars. Nearest airport Mother Teresa(30min) and Port of Durres(10min) , different types of beach, 15 min from the center of Durres and neighborhud has all the facilities needed like banks,restaurant,supermarket etc... Parents can stay calm when childrens stay in sea; the beach is shallow and can be used for various games and walks.
