Villa holiday rentals in Durrës

We had a wonderful stay at the lovely villa. We had everything we needed and more. The host was super communicative and helpful with all our questions and requests, be it house related, or even just tips and ideas. The location is somewhere between the capital city Tirana and Durres, so perfect to get away from the noise of the city, however still close enough to visit. We didn’t have any issue during our stay, and were very pleased with the house and the peaceful vibes it gave to us. Being situated just a couple minutes from the sea was a big plus, you could nearly hear the sound of the waves and feel the fresh air. It was just the relaxing escape we didn’t know we needed.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war rundum gelungen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief reibungslos – selbst am späten Abend wurde uns prompt geholfen, als es ein Problem mit dem Wasser gab. Das Resort ist sehr gut gelegen, in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Direkt vor dem Resort befinden sich zwei Strände, die jeweils über eine Beachbar und ein Restaurant verfügen. Leider ist die Musik dort mittags recht laut – wer es ruhiger mag, findet jedoch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt einen weiteren, ruhigeren Strand ohne Beachbar. Die Villa selbst ist durchdacht gestaltet und bietet viel Platz – besonders das großzügige Wohn- und Esszimmer sowie die Terrasse haben uns gut gefallen. Die Küche ist funktional ausgestattet und ausreichend für einen entspannten Strandurlaub über mehrere Tage. Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch der gepflegte Garten der Villa, in dem unsere Kinder viel Spaß hatten und sich austoben konnten.

Будинок затишний. Дуже гарна територія, є магазин, кав’ярня. Пляж чистий і море чистіше ніж біля міста Дуррес На території є басейн але він платний і лежаки на пляжі теж платні.

The house is a real gem. The garden is beautiful and spacious, the roof provides for beautiful dinners and quiet time. The house is well equipped and very well situated, super close to the beach, a market and playgrounds for the kids. We had a wonderful stay. The hosts were very kind and communicative. We loved our stay!

Great place very close to the beach! It has a great sea view from the second floor. The terrace is wonderful at night. The communication with Sara was very pleasant. Kids loved the place. Highly recommended

I wanted a peaceful two day break and that is exactly what I got. The house was absolutely beautiful, super clean and bright and within walking distance to the beach. The hosts were super welcoming and responsive, so I would definitely recommend if you are looking for a relaxing break with private amenities. I wouldn’t hesitate to re-book! Fint sted for de som vil på en familietur med barn, men også for en vennegjeng på party tur. Rolig område med fine strender i nærheten. Deilig pool der man kan avkjøle seg på varme dager. Perfekt med egen bar der man kan bestille eget ølfat. Vi var 6 stykker på tur og alle var fornøyde og kunne reist hit igjen

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war super freundlich, hilfsbereit und stets gut erreichbar. Der Kontakt verlief reibungslos und schnell – auch bei kleinen Reklamationen wurde prompt reagiert. Das Haus entspricht genau der Beschreibung und die Bilder spiegeln die Realität gut wider. Es liegt jedoch recht abgelegen, sodass die Anreise ohne Auto nahezu unmöglich ist. Wer sich für diese Unterkunft entscheidet, sollte auf jeden Fall ein Auto mieten. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt: Die Toilettenschüsseln im Haus waren leider nicht befestigt, was wir dem Gastgeber gemeldet haben. Wir hoffen, dass dies bald behoben wird. Insgesamt aber eine schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Gastgeber – wir können den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen, wenn man mobil ist.

Very nice Villa, the host was responsive to all our needs and very friendly. Their hospitality towards me and my 13 friends was exceptional. Providing us with all the details of nearby locations and activities. Will definitely stay there again, worth the value!

We had a great time and are definitively giving a deserved 5-star rating - but please be aware of a few things before you book: - there are only 4 double bed + 1 matress + 1 small folding bed - even though there is some equipment, the kitchen is not fully equipped for 10 guests and a few extras are missing like doormats - a few things are not well thought out (some windows cannot be opened completely and the whirlpool function in the pool does not work) - we had as much mosquito bites as never before in our lives, so better come prepared :) Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay, as the pool and the living room were perfect as well as having such a close distance to the beach. We got also offered to check-out later, so thank you very much!

Lovely villa! Really enjoyed our stay

The house is very beautiful and well equipped. The small inflatable swimming pool in the garden is a pleasure, but nothing beats the sea, only twenty minutes away. There are small mini-markets and fruit and vegetable sellers right next door. The host was quick to respond to our message and reacted immediately to the problem when we arrived. It was a pleasant stay.

We were pleasantly surprised by our reception in the villa, the hosts were very welcoming, the villa was better than our expectations, we had 2 parking spaces and we had access to all amenities in the vicinity easily on foot. We highly recommend this accommodation!
