Monthly Rentals in Dutch Kills

Leticia is a very friendly host, and I had a wonderful summer in New York staying at her place for a month. The entire house was very clean, and she provided all the necessary toiletries and kitchen equipment. The only downside was that the room was located in a half-basement, so there wasn't much natural light. The nearest subway station was about a 15-minute walk away, but there was a bus stop right in front of the house, which made it easy to take a bus and then transfer to the subway. Overall, this is a recommended accommodation option, especially if you're considering living in New York on a long-term basis.

Kaz and the team are amazing hosts - strong communication, and were very helpful throughout my long-term stay (when I got locked out, or accepting a last minute change). The location is great. It is a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants all over and a brief walk to the train. Lots of benches a couple blocks away to relax outside when the weather is nice. The apartment was clean and neatly maintained throughout my stay, and the extra bathroom made a big difference. The kitchen is a good setup with all the cooking items you will need. I appreciated the light vetting process before accepting the reservation. They ask housemates to give brief bios of themselves which are shared, so you have an idea of who you are staying with. I very highly recommend Kaz and this team. They care a lot and will make your stay comfortable as possible.

The place was very clean and Benjamin was very responsive. Everything was exactly as described and he even provided us with some cold water which was a nice touch. He also helped give us some recommendations for public transport. The place was easy to find and check-in and check-out was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a great time staying here! Sam was very friendly and helpful to give me guidance around the area. The place was not only accommodating, but convenient since it is located right next to the subway station. I would definitely stay again!
