Monthly Rentals in Duxbury Beach

Place was amazing and so nice to stay at after a long road trip. The kitchen had all the tools necessary to make a home cooked meal and Melanie was super responsive to all of our needs! the beach is a quick walk away. Great place to stay!

This was a lovely refuge from a busy horse show weekend. A nicely appointed kitchen, large living room, nice beds, great deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Dog friendly. Great place to walk the dog and be inspired by the neighborhood gardens. We ate in, but there are restaurants near by that you could walk to or take a short drive. When you arrive and open your door to unload you are welcomed by a the sea breeze. Just was a great weekend spent there.

We just wrapped up our second stay at "Beach Break" and again, from the moment we arrived, we were in total heaven. The entire property is squeaky clean and the location is superb – just a short stroll to the beach. Stefanie and Dave have created a total gem. Their dedication to providing an exceptional experience is evident in every detail. The space is incredibly beautiful, so much so that folks walking by stopped to comment on the well-cared-for exterior. We'll absolutely book again. This is truly a rare find.

Place was gorgeous. Location perfect. Mattress perfect. Clean. Kitchen well equipped. Room very stuffy, no moving air.We prefer open windows & temp was perfect but found the only 2 windows behind headboardhad no screens so that was out. 1 eve I had to open a bit, felt suffocating. We did use a/c couple of times & it works fine. T.V. stations do not have CC which is surprising. I verified the station & prgm, turned on cc from control but never worked. Can't watch t.v. without it. Not sure if the area stations or what. Not ADA compliant. Autumn was fantastic replying, at 1st. I did ask more Q as time got closer & she did have fam once & apologized about delay. However when asked about t.v. the response was something about it on the control & nothing more. Could be she isn't aware. Check in shows that I'm to contact her but she & I thought the code would come up when checkin time arrived so had to contact her a few x to get in door. Bathroom inner knob falling off. Scott loves the chair!
