The living room & kitchen have a breathtaking view of the lake that includes the harbor. There are two full-sized bedrooms, one with king bed & one with queen, each of which have lots of closet space. There is also a smaller room with bunk bed. Central heat. Good wifi. This 4 bedroom 2 bath home is located next to chutes and ladders located on portage canal next to Houghton beach, Chutes & Ladders, and Houghton public docks. Home is a short walk to Michigan Tech and historic downtown. There are two kayaks and 2 bikes available for you to use and explore the canal or downtown. This peaceful paradise awaits your arrival, located just 15 minutes from Houghton and MTU. Sleeps 6 total. We are approximately 4.8 miles from the Dollar Bay Snow Mobile Trailhead, Great snowshoeing around the property as well. cottage is on a shared driveway with owners. About 55 minutes from Mount Bohemia.

This large self contained one bedroom A-Frame is off to the side of the main house and has its own private entrance, kitchen, living room and bathroom.

There is one queen size bed along with a futon that folds out into a twin bed and a convertible couch which also folds down into a twin bed.
