Close to the Village and easy access to downtown. Next door is the elementary school with a big playground. Garage not available for use, but there is plenty of parking on the driveway and gravel pad.

Main entry level with living room and kitchen and two of the bedrooms. Downstairs with a family room and two bedrooms and laundry room. Everything new and fresh! Ping-pong table, hot tub, grill, yard games, and Internet! 30 min to Boise State University. 3-5 min to grocery store and downtown Eagle. Five minutes to green belt.

Draper’s Safe and Cozy Blue-Door Cottage

With the Draper Blue-door Cottage, we have tried to create a safe, comfortable and homey environment for your family to enjoy! It includes many amenities including a kitchen with cooking pans, dishes, utensils, basic spices. We also provide a Keurig coffee pot and waffle maker. Bathrooms have a shampoo, conditioner and shower gel caddy. Although I have a no pet rule, I can make exceptions with requests who agree to pay an additional $75 cleaning fee.
